Michael (6/5): Affordable and central, often good for extending your stay. Not the fanciest area, however. - Nicely renovated compact apartment with a good kitchen and bathroom. The heating and cooling work extremely well and the apartment is furnished just right for the space. The windows are double-pane, newer and excellent. With a fan or the AC running, you hear very little of the nearby traffic or neighbors. There aren't enough knives, spoons and forks in the kitchen. Many of the non-stick pans are badly scratched and worn. As this can release PFAS into your food, this should be remedied. Ceramic cookware without PFAS is more expensive, but also will be far far more durable. Also, the areas in the kitchen above 6' weren't cleaned. The cleaners need a step-ladder to reach these areas, I suspect.
