• Alisa (1/5): Horrible scam. - This property was a scam. When we got there, no one answered the door or the phone. It looked like an abandoned house. The front door was broken, there was trash around, and there was an upstairs balcony that had its doors open but no one inside. I tried to get my money back from Booking.com multiple times, but they did nothing to resolve the situation. My partner and I ended up just leaving and reserving a real hotel elsewhere.
• Kristina (1/5): I was scammed — please be careful, this property is not real. - Nothing — I wasn’t able to stay at the property at all. When I arrived, the person at the address told me they have nothing to do with this property. I realised it was a scam. No one answered my messages or calls. I had to urgently find a new place to stay. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

• Chan (1/5): I want a refund - This was a con booking! When we arrived a man was renting the flat. No woman there. No beds. Mattress on the floor. The fact I had travelled all the way to London and no where to stay!!!
• Margaret (8/5): Overall good for what you pay for - I liked how easy it was to get to Central London from the place. It was a very good price and the room was quite spacious. It is a good option if affordability is your biggest concern. Although it was a busy street and very noisy, sometimes hard to sleep because of car noise. It was also very cold and the shower would not drain properly. It not only is disgusting but also dangerous as it would get very slippery.
• Teresa (7/5): One night is enough - The bed was comfortable but small and there was very little noise throughout the night There was no key in the key safe for us when we arrived after ringing the numbers provided we did eventually get through to someone who gave us the key code to a different box The room we were given is not on any of the photos it was very small While we were out they had been in our room and moved our belongings around then left leaving the light on and door wide open and a scribbled note saying please ring this number they said confusion with bookings from Air b and b and booking.com but didn’t give me reason why they had touched our things just said sorry when I told them I wasn’t happy The towels were damp No toilet paper on arrival but I found some in a kitchen cupboard Very basic glad we only stopped over for one night

• Vira (8/5): Great budget option - For the price, it is a clean comfortable spacious room. only a 10 min walk from the nearest tube station. Its in a safe residential area. great budget option. the room has a cute colourful aesthetic. The couch was uncomfortable and maybe even broken. there was no tea or coffee in the kitchen. The only power socket was below the bed and very difficult to access (I had to crawl under the bed to reach it), they really need an extension.

• Vicky (1/5): Extremely Poor - Close to work place. Bedding & towels had been used. I had to change myself, pretty standard room with No TV, kitchen was used to store towels & bedding not ideal for cooking. Sofa in room was extremely tired looking & wasn't usable. Owner said I would receive a form of refund. However, this still hasn't happened. It's not the cleanest of properties.
