- Sabine (6/5): - Das Personal (3 Personen) beim Frühstücks Buffet war Unaufmerksam. Keine Butter da, keine Wurst, Gebäck aus... Wenn es ab 07:00 Uhr Frühstück gibt sollte das um 08:00 noch da sein. Wurde zwar nach zweimaliger Aufforderung nach gelegt, hat aber keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen . Und das TV Gerät am Zimmer ging nicht.
- Boris Lütt (10/5): - Wir hatten ein Upgrade ins benachbarte Hotel Herzblut. Hier ist das selbe herzliche professionelle Personal wie im Bärenbachhof. Wir sind schon öfters hier gewesen und sind immer sehr freundlich empfangen worden.
- Petra (9/5): Perfektní výběr pro lyžaře - Hotel ideální pro lyžaře. Velmi prostorné pokoje, velká koupelna, toaleta zvlášť. Dochozí vzdálenost na lanovku (cca250m). Prostorná vyhřívaná lyžárna. Snídaně výborné, míchaná vajíčka, párky, slanina, vařená vejce, salámy, sýry, jogurt, cereálie. Každý si vybere. Krásné wellnes s finskou saunou, byli kovou saunou, infrasaunou a párou. Pokoj má přes celou stěnu francouzské okno a jsou zde jen závěsy na zatemnění. Balkon je společný-> doplnila bych o záclony pro větší soukromí .

- Nikki (7/5): We would stay here again maybe just a bit earlier in the season. - The hotel overall is really clean, the rooms are lovely and big and decent bathrooms (some with bigger showers than others). It was nicer than I had expected. Breakfast was decent on choice and space in the restaurant. Location is just off the end of town so pretty easy All 5 rooms had the same old lumpy flat pillows (only 1 each) so wasn’t very comfy to sleep. After breakfast on day 1 we were told the restaurant was being closed for season so we needed to use the hotel across the road for breakfast and also spa facilities. Also there was no longer a reception as no staff so felt a bit odd.

- Michael (3/5): - Frühstück ok. Vermeintlich österreichisches Hotel aufgekauft von Thinggaard aus Dänemark. Keine deutschsprachige Rezeption bzw. deutschsprachiges Personal. Schlaflose Nächte aufgrund internationaler Gäste die leider ihre Grenzen nicht kennen und auch keine Rücksicht auf andere nehmen.

- Piotr (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Experience, Still Waiting for My Property - Horrible!!! I stayed at this hotel in December. Shortly after returning home, I realized I had accidentally taken the wrong pair of ski boots. I immediately contacted the hotel, and they confirmed that my boots were still in their possession. They promised to send them back to me. I agreed to pay for shipping without hesitation. I immediately sent the incorrect boots back to their rightful owner at my own expense and upheld my side of the arrangement in full. From that point on, the hotel repeatedly told me they would ship my boots “soon.” This went on for weeks!!! Then they stopped responding entirely. They no longer reply to messages and do not answer their phone. It is now almost March, nearly three months since I first contacted them and I still do not have my expensive ski boots. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic honesty is shocking. At this point, I can only conclude that they have no intention of returning my property. If you value your belongings, be very careful staying here. If something gets left behind, don’t expect them to handle it responsibly. Absolutely unacceptable.

- Nicole (8/5): - Saubere, schöne Zimmer ,tolles Frühstück im Hotel gegenüber, Bad sehr gepflegt und sauber… Die Unterkunft war nur 4 Std am Tag (zur Checkin Zeit) telefonisch erreichbar! Ansonsten ruft man vergeblich an… E-Mail sollte man bei Fragen auf niederländisch oder englisch schreiben. Hotel ist nicht mit Personal besetzt. Auch Fremde Personen können rein und raus wann sie wollen. Ein Erwachsener meiner Familie viel aus, habe dann noch ein Kind mit 14 mitgenommen. Für dieses musste ich dann Tourismusabgabe bezahlen, obwohl das Kind noch frei wäre… Personalausweise werden nicht geprüft, nur den des Hauptbuchers! Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen….

- Vendys Bendys (8/5): Na skok na lyže - Umístění hotelu v relativně klidné části města, kousek od lanovky a centra, dostatečně velké parkoviště u hotelu. Vlastní sauna, celkem prázdná. Snídaně standard, pokoje uklizené. Všechno funkční a dostačující. V sauně by to chtělo dodat protiskluzové rohože na ty klouzavé dlazdicky. V jedné byla, v druhe nikoliv. Bylo to v ní, jako na ledě, o hubu!

- Gina (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren total sauber. Obwohl die Ausstattung älter war, war es nicht abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist man ganz schnell zum nächsten Ski Lift gekommen. Im Zimmer waren zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Fernseher. Zum Ski fahren ist dieses Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. Die Reinigungskräfte verdienen ein Lob. Wir würden wieder kommen. Die Ausstattung ist etwas älter, jedoch absolut in Ordnung.

- Alan (2/5): Not clean - Location The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We found hair from previous guests - and not just head hair - spread along the entire length of the bed, plus trash on the floor. Because we arrived late and reception was already closed, we couldn’t get fresh bedding and had to sleep on our own towels. The next morning the room was cleaned without issue, but the hotel apparently couldn't provide any kind of refund. They only offered free parking, which was just a few euros. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a destination like Saalbach. We’ve visited many times and never had accommodation this poor.

- Wolfgang (9/5): Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Saalbach mit großem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig und mega lecker. Ein schönes Hotel das man gerne weiterempfehlen kann.
