Guest Reviews

- Kenneth (1/5): Dreadful experience with the management company and the property owner.Avoid this place - Good location and generally well equipped although the curtains were poor and the mattress in the smaller bedroom was of a poor quality compared to the other bedroom. The en suite shower door doesn’t close properly so the floor gets wet when used. The awful service we received from the property management company and the owner. We were given a faulty key by the cleaner on arrival ( she let us into the building and so we didn’t need to use it on arrival) and so as a result were locked out of the building at 11pm. We were only able to gain access to the building by ringing a neighbour’s doorbell who got out of bed and let us in. The manager was very unhelpful and the situation was not resolved until the following afternoon some 14 hours later. A neighbour gave us the telephone number of the owner of the flat who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told us we had no right to contact her, in spite of us being given her number by a neighbour. She hung up on my wife on two separate occasions and refused to help us. She also didn’t answer messages that we sent her. The service was so awful we decided to check out and we moved to alternative accommodation.
- Sue (9/5): Really lovely and great for what we needed. - This is a lovely light, sunny and airy flat. Well, appointed, tastefully decorated, cosy and extremely clean. We managed to find free street parking opposite the flat for the three nights we stayed with no problem and used local buses to get around. Plenty of room for 4 people (we were just a couple so one bedroom was unused) but we felt it was fair value for our purposes. We used the kitchen quite a lot where the only thing missing is a dishwasher (not a problem for us but a tea towel would have been welcome). Good pub (The Plough) close and lots of other eating options along Lordship Lane. Bus stop 200 yards from flat with a bus (the 176) which takes you straight into central London in 35 mins for £1.80. Dulwich Park is less than 10mins walk away well worth a visit. All in all, a very well place and lovely, homely flat. Will use again as near where our son lives apart from anything else.
