Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

parvaneh (9/5): Wunder schön mit kleine Mängel. - Habe bei Booking com auf der Seite gesehen Ein Wunder schönen Penthaus mit tolle Ausstattung ,ich habe Kritik auf höchste Niveau .fehlende fliegen Gitter und fehlende einzelnbetten(alle Betten für Paare gedacht)und leider keine Aufzug 😩Koffer 4 Etagen hoch zu tragen sehr schwierige 😩aber wir haben gesehen daß,Aufzug bauen in Bearbeitung ist👍🏼

John (9/5): Great central location, and plenty of space for a large group. - Great location, easy to walk to all major tourist destinations. Lots of space for a large group. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus two additional half baths. Recently renovated with modern styling and classy finishes. Nice roof deck. As others have mentioned, several flights of stairs and no elevator, but this was not a problem for our group.
