Guest Reviews
- Debbie (7/5): Great location, close to tram into Adelaide - Great location, spacious lounge/living area More communication from owner. There were no instructions regarding recycling, heating etc. The unit could do with a refresh. The main bedroom was quite noisy
- Julie (8/5): - Location No netflix or secure internet
- Catherine (8/5): The apartment was excellent for our stay. - Location, ease of access, on-site parking, the spaciousness of the apartment, clear and friendly communication from the host, Linda. Nothing
- Kylie (10/5): Great apartment in a good and secure complex. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. Exceeded our expec - Location and size of property. Good facilities. Clean and well maintained.
- Neil (9/5): Location brilliant, views brilliant, beds fantastic, host amazing. All in all this experience was very positive indeed. - The apartment was clean and very spacious. The location perfect and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The host Linda was very accommodating and generous. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

- Jenni (10/5): Convenient and within walking distance to great food places - Close to everything. Good views and great communication Wifi was constant but lagged a little at certain times which could have also been peak times
- Daniella (10/5): Host was helpful, apartment was spacious and comfy and carpark was perfect. - Perfect location and apartment was a huge space compared to others in the same location. Everything was in walking distance along jetty road from groceries to restaurants and clothing. The apartment was spacious enough and beds were comfy and within the complex the gym and pool were handy.
- Michael A Dunn (10/5): Must consider this as an option. - Fantastic location & easy check-in & out procedures. The owner of the property has to be one of the most accommodating people in all of the properties that I have ever stayed in. The one downside is the body corporate company that oversees the entire building but that is not unusual in high-rise apartments. Body corporate company is over doing there job as always
- Fran (8/5): Met our expectations--well located, Comfortable and well equipped. No issues. Would recommend. - Place was as described, Comfortable, well located and well equipped. We had a small Seaview . (see photo from balcony) Parking included. second bedroom unfortunately didn't have external window, bedside lights didn't work in that room.

- Thalia (8/5): This would be our first location to stay when returning to Adelaide! - It’s central location to everything in glenelg, ease to use Public transport to get into the city. Also it was very spacious which made our stay very comfortable
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (9/5): Lovely, comfortable- I have stayed in this building many times and this apartment was lovely - Location, large apartment, well equipped Main bed was quite firm but we coped fine
- Zoe (7/5): Would definitely stay again - The location was great, the host was super lovely and allowed us to check in earlier. Which was a massive help since we were on a really early flight in. The apartment was a decent size and had Laundrey facilities. The tv wasn’t a smart tv, no soap/body wash/shampoo etc just the left overs from previous people that have stayed.

Beds were hard & not very comfortable.
Pillows were also not comfortable.

- Therese (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - Huge living area, very clean, great location and facilities. Fantastic communication, free carparking. Blinds let in the sunlight quite early
- Lisa (10/5): Linda was very good and was helpful with anything we asked about. - the property was spacious and the location was close to the Pier (2min walk from beach) with two balconies to sit out on at night time. Equipped functional kitchen in which we made evening meals while we could still interact with others. the only thing was the bathroom required a little updating bath and shower head which they will be doing soon. So then it will be fab around
- Bruno (9/5): Superb -
- Jeremy (10/5): Our favourite holiday experience in Adelaide. - An outstanding apartment! The largest floorplan we’ve had in this apartment block. Extra lounges for all the family, clean, provisions available were above expectations, great price, great views and location perfect. Easy communication with friendly host.
- Marisa (9/5): Very good option for Glenelg - Extremely well positioned in Glenelg Beach forefront area, which delivers a strategic location to the beach side, ample choice of restaurants, the local commercial strip, a supermarket (Coles) and 2 min walking distance the tram into city center. Private parking is an important additional bonus. The apartment is simply furnished but quite ample and overall well resourced which can cater for short and long stays, bearing in mind that only up to 3 electronic devices can be hooked to the WiFi at once.... There were other minor issues that did not detract from the advantageous location and relative cost-benefit. The host welcoming skills and handling of maintenance issues could be improved: (a) showing some flexibility and empathy when guests call because they could not find the entrance to the flat (or the key deposit box) due to rather confusing instructions sent over the messaging system; (b) when advised that a bed-side lamp was not working, to suggest we go to a local Bunnings and buy something with money left somewhere in a jar??? as they lived more than 1 hour away and would not be able to come (note that ours was a 4 day stay); (c) limited access (no of units) to the WiFi.
- Foong (8/5): Apartment could have been cleaner. Had to clean out the drier filter. Very Good location. - Did not include breakfast. Location is very central and within walking distance to Glenelg town and restaurants. Should have better infor as to which block the apartment was based (eg North or South) on the confirmation booking infor. Spent a lot of time trying to locate apartment but numbers were not in sequence. Reception for hotel was not able to help as the apartment was a private listing. In the end one kind reception gentlemen helped me to trace which block. Host did not contact and leave code to open postbox to get keys until I called them on arrival. Would have been great if host could have at least let us have some essentials like 200ml milk to see the 4 of us through until we find the supermarket. Only had 3 leftover teabags and stale coffee. Had to buy toilet paper as the 2 rolls were insufficient for the 6 nights 7 days for each room. A box of tissue paper would be great in the apartment. We bought toilet paper and tissue paper and left any unused in the apartment. This should not be necessary. Looks like apartment had all leftovers by previous guests in the pantry and some were not fit for consumption.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Agim (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Jacqueline (7/5): Happy but a few disappointments with the lack of hot tub in the room and spa broken in pool area - The room was large and nice. Very private. It stated there was a hot tub in the room but it was just a bath. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms. There were incomplete board games and no netflix. There was a dvd player but no DVDs. There was free wifi. A great range of books were available to read, that made up for the lack of TV options. There was a dulco gusto coffee machine but those pods are hard to buy. There was one left a the property. The laundry facilities were great and plenty of extra blankets. The pool was quite nice but the spa was broken for the duration of our stay. Free parking was a bonus. The balcony's were nice. I didn't like that the room stated it had a hot tub but it was just a bath. The spa in the pool room didn't work for the duration of our stay. A more generic coffee machine where you can buy pods easily (e.g. Lor) would have better than the dulco gusto machine.
