• jean-pierre (9/5): We recommend booking this appartement if you are looking for large accommodation down-town Manhattan - We stayed one week in the appartement, it has been very convenient for our family of 5. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the large dinning table that can accommodate up to 6 persons. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathroom were confortable and the beds lining very confortable. The location of the accommodation in the financial district was at walking distance to ground zero and embarcadère for Elis and liberty islands. Nice grocery shops, bars and restaurants are in the close neighborhood. Check-in was well supported by our host and the host provided immediate assistance when the service door was locked from the inside during elevator down time. We recommend booking this appartement if you are looking for large accommodation down-town Manhattan

• beatriz (10/5): Our stay was really nice, the apartment clean and comfortable, location really close to metro. - I liked that there was a an iron, essentials to cook breakfast and the coffee right next to the building is amazing! The property manager was helpful when needed but not super friendly

The building the apartment is in is lovely and has a great coffee shop accessible via the lobby. The apartment was clean and comfortable, exactly what we were after. Bedding was a little ill fitting and kept coming off in the night

• Adrian (6/5): Lägenhet med mycket bra läge - Lägenheten i häftig byggnad från 1931 med riktigt bra läge på Manhattan. Uthyrningen verkade inte medgiven av hyresvärden eftersom vi bland annat fick instruktioner om att låtsas vara vänner till personen skriven på adressen om portvakten skulle fråga. Det var heller inte så noggrant städat.
• Kleifges (10/5): Relaxing retreat in the heart of the financial district. - Spacious one bedroom with a king bed and crib. The extra large couch was inviting and comfy. Perfect location, one block from Wall St and close to Pace University.

• Irene (8/5): Goed appartement op mooie locatie - Mooie grote ruimte - Keukeninventaris te weinig - Slaapbank ligt niet goed voor een volwassene - Adres anders dan op de boekingssite staat en je mag bij het aanmelden absoluut niet zeggen dat het via booking.com is.

• Désert Lacay (4/5): Pas la hauteur de son prix et sale. - Un bon emplacement pour découvrir New York Pour commencer notre séjour, l adresse de l appartement n était pas le même que sur l annonce. Le propriaitaire m a demandé de me faire passer pour un ami auprès du lobby à notre arrivée. Dans l appartement une odeur hyper dérangeante de toilette qui a duré tout le séjour. 🤢 Nous étions 3. L’appartement fait maximum 40m2 au lieu des 80 indiqué. La 3eme était sur le canapé comme présenté sur la photo non depliable donc inconfortable. La literie est grande mais peu confortable. Très peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, 1 serviette par personne pour 5nuits. L’appartement ne fait pas propre . Et point négatif supplémentaire, celui ci se trouve à hauteur des aérations d immeuble voisin donc beaucoup de bruit. Je ne garderai pas un bon souvenir dans cette appartement au prix où il est loué .. des hôtels moins chers sont bien plus confortable!

Apartment has a kitchen so nice to make breakfast or make something quick if you want. Whole foods a few minutes walking distance and small shop just outside. Good connection subway and ferry terminal. A bit of confusion to get actual apartment building. Not same address booking.com provided. Reception didn’t seem to know we were there stopped twice asking about it. Despite host already told us gave them our names provided. We booked for 3 people but sofa was not comfortable to sleep.Because it is not sofa bed so will be different to sleep for adult.
• Jeffrey (9/5): Decent, clean, quiet & great location to move around the city - Quiet on a high floor, easy access to all subway lines, responsiveness of host, clean and cozy. No mirrors except bathroom. Only clothing storage was bedroom closet for hanging and 1 shelf. Sofa wasn’t a sofa bed just a sofa. Windows didn’t match description of floor to ceiling. No washer in the apartment as listed.
