- Val. k (9/5): Exceto por um pequeno incômodo, é perfeito! - O apto é bem novinho, bem decorado, espaçoso, iluminado, sempre era um bom momento voltar p casa e poder assistir ao por do sol desde a sacada. Fotos anexas Fui ate na academia do prédio. Localização perfeita pq é só atravessar uma ponte para pedestres e vc esta no miolo do centrinho, sem ter q se sujeitar ao ônus disso. O pessoal da Noom foi gentil ao providenciar uma cafeteira p nos (só havia cafeteira de capsulas). O edificio tem garagem, e esse é um ponto importante em Curacau, pq poucos hoteis oferecem. Curacau é tudo de bom p quem gosta de águas límpidas e transparentes. Atençao: O banheiro de um dos quartos nao tinha wc (só pia e chuveiro), eu tinha que sair do quarto e ir ate o lavabo p usar o WC no meio da noite, por exemplo. O apartamento tem dois quartos, um é suíte completa, e o outro, era desse jeito. Eu nao tinha me dado conta disso quando aluguei, e penso que o locador falhou c o dever de informacao a esse respeito, pois isso nao esta claro no anuncio.. Como estavamos entre irmãs, isso nao incomodou muito, mas se fossem dois casais, seria informação muito relevante, portanto, nao pode ser omitida de quem aluga. Nao fosse por isso a avaliação seria 10, com certeza.
