• Matthias (9/5): Ottimo - L'appartamento è grande e si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione metropolitana. Nei paraggi ci sono diversi negozietti per effettuare acquisti. Mai visto l'Host di persona ma la comunicazione è funzionata perfettamente; tutto è stato indicato chiaramente nei messaggi ricevuti. L'interno dell'appartamento è bello ma l'esterno del palazzo è un po' degradato (fenomeno comunque molto comune ad Atene). Quello che ci ha dato più fastidio è la mancanza di una tapparella (poiché rotta) in una camera da letto. Anche il fatto che la carta da gabinetto si doveva buttare nel cestino ci ha dato un po' fastidio ma questo è perché non siamo affatto abituati a questa modalità. Da quello che abbiamo appreso è però dovuto allo stato delle canalizzazioni della città e non ne può nulla l'Host.
• Ranny (9/5): Very pleasant stay - 1) The host and cleaning lady were very friendly. We appreciate getting early check-in. On the first two days, the water heater had broken and no hot shower. We felt smelly and disgusting! However, they had been trying their best to get the technician to fix it. 2) The entire apartment was clean and spacious for our group, 4 people. 3) The beds were firm and comfortable to our preference. 4) Large fridge, user friendly oven, a kettle and enough tableware supplied for 4 people. 5) Convenient location. About 8-min walk to Biktoria metro station and 11-min walk to Larissis station where the Meteora Bus Tours meet passengers. 6) Many local mini-marts open until midnight in the surrounding area. A large supermarket near the Larissis. 7) Has an elevator to access the unit on the 5th floor. 8) Loved hang-to-dry clothes under the sun in the balcony. 9) Washing machine available but we did not use it. 10) Clean bathroom with big shower area. 11) Building entrance door is locked at night, after 10 pm. Entry and exit require the key. We feel safe. (We took videos of the unit but not pictures 1) The building lobby and hallways were very dark, even during daytime. 2) Extremely tiny elevator. Max fit 3 people only, no backpack/luggage. 3) Pots and cookware were very small. Therefore, maximum good for 4 people. 4) Only one portable heater was supplied. Comforters were thin and the cover sheet was too small in the double bed. We had cold nights in the first few days!
• Eben_wir (9/5): Zentral gelegene Wohnung in Athen - Die Lage direkt in der Nähe zum Athener Citycenter war top. Schön war auch der viele Platz im Appartment, der Fahrstuhl, der unkomplizierte CheckIn, der prims geklappt hat. Irgenwie war die Wohnung jahreszeitöich bedingt ziemlich kalt. Nachts und morgens war es nur mit vielen Decken auszuhalten, aber davon waren ausreichend viele vorhsnden.
• Pavel (9/5): - The host communicated with us in advance, answered our questions and advised us on suitable ways to travel. An absolutely ideal choice for a short stay. Not all rooms have air conditioning and since it wasn't exactly hot in January it would have been nice if there was either heating or air conditioning available. We could have asked for heaters, but given the length of our stay we managed without them and enjoyed the trip.

• Úrsula (10/5): - Propietario muy amable con muy buena comunicación en todo momento, buena ubicación ya que está muy cerca del metro o si prefieres ir andando a unos 30 minutos del centro, el piso es súper amplio, en general, todo muy bien!! Es autochecking y las instrucciones son muy claras. Buena calidad relación-precio La habitación la sentimos un poco calurosa a ciertas horas pero hay un ventilador que no está mal para refrescar. Salón y cocina sí tienen aire acondicionado

• Stefan (10/5): Very good choice in Athens - A very spacious apartment. Close to the center but outside of the shady area. The host was very responsive and gave us all the details. We found a parking place on a street nearby and we let the car there for all our stay. The metro station is very close. Also you can find a good supermarket nearby. For us it was perfect.

There were no Air conditions in the bed rooms, just one small unit in the living room for all of the whole large apartment. And also there was no hair shampoo as it was mentioned in the home facilities list.

• Noelia (10/5): An oasis within our 2-month trip - The apartment was outstanding!! We had been travelling for almost 2 months and this is definitely the best place we had stayed at. It has everything you need. Super well-equipped, clean & comfy. The host was always available for any questions we had. Self check in & check out process is super easy. I combined work and travel and wifi was very good (I was able to have meetings with no connection issues). Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Andras (8/5): Spacious & clean apartment in an OK neighborhood - Spacious, equipped and clean apartment in an OK neighborhood. Don't expect anything fancy, but it can be a good choice for a family of 4 (the 5th person has to sleep on the couch in the living room, which was just OK). Strong wifi signal that we used also for working without any problems. Overall we had a good stay and we would return! The building itself has no car parking facilities. You can park your car in the side streets for free, or there are parking houses close by (one of them is just a 3-minute walk away). Note that only one of the 2 bedrooms had air-conditioning, which may be problematic during the summer heat. It was hard to lock the front door with the keys (opening it was not an issue).
