• FABIENNE (8/5): - Très belle terrasse équipée ( salon de jardin et chaise longue) .Appartement bien aménagé, bien équipé , propre, calme, situé à 10mn du métro et 20-25 mn à pied de Plaka .Bonne communication et plein d'informations fournies pour l'entrée dans les lieux mais aussi quelques bonnes adresses . Le lit de la chambre 2 est un peu mou mais celui de la 1 est bien .
• Ina (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt - Gemütliche Unterkunft in bester Lage mit allem, was wir als Familie für eine Woche Städtetrip benötigt haben. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Das Apartment besticht durch den riesigen Balkon. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war erstklassig. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Eigentlich gab es bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nichts zu beanstanden. Das Bad ist nicht neu und es war nicht alles klinisch sauber, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, denn die gesamte Atmosphäre war wohnlich und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt.

The house Felt super homely and had absolutely everything you would need! The interiors were comfortabel and classic.
• Elena (10/5): идеально! - это была самая замечательная квартира в Афинах, в которой я когда-либо останавливалась. в реальности все выглядит даже лучше, чем на фото. очень много места, классные кровати, замечательный интерьер, необычная планировка, на кухне есть совершенно все, что только может потребоваться. отдельно хочется отметить великолепную террасу - она огромная, с видом на город. прекраснейшие хозяева, которые всегда на связи по любым вопросам. например, мне разрешили оставить чемодан в день заезда, пока шел клининг, и, в итоге, я въехала на час раньше, потому что все убрали быстрее. квартира находится в супер удобном месте - до всего можно дойти пешком, метро недалеко, всякие магазины, кафе - всего в избытке. с интернетом тоже все хорошо (до этого как-то постоянно попадала в Греции на проблемы с вайфаем или отсутствием связи в доме). в общем, это было 10 из 10! спасибо! придраться не к чему, все было супер.

• Romina (5/5): Helpful Host, But the Apartment Fell Short - The location was central. The staff was kind easy to reach The location is nice — very central and convenient — and the host was kind and responsive throughout our communication, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations. The photos on Booking.com appear heavily edited and do not reflect the true condition of the space. The apartment felt dated and lacked the cleanliness and comfort we expect when booking a stay. Cleanliness was a particular issue: floors were dirty on arrival, the cleaning tools provided (like the vacuum robot and mop) were in poor condition, and there was visible dust and mold, especially in the bathroom. We had to buy our own small vacuum cleaner during the stay, which is not something we’ve ever had to do while on holiday. Another major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. Despite a previous response from the host stating this would be addressed, it was still unresolved during our late May stay. We were told the living room AC would cool the entire apartment, but the bedroom is too far for that to be effective. We ended up sleeping in the living room, which affected our ability to use the space during the day. Additionally, the bed initially only had an over-mattress instead of a proper mattress — although this was eventually replaced. This property may still be undergoing updates, but that should be clearly communicated in the listing. At present, the description and photos create expectations that are not aligned with reality, which led to disappointment.

• Ocean_on_europa (10/5): Great location; fantastic hosts; would happily stay again - The hosts are fantastic - the whole team is made of the best people. The apartment is great, but they made the stay even better. Location is great and the facilities are great. The bathtub lacks a shower curtain, so the water goes everywhere onto the floor when you take a shower.

Close to evrything and in a vivid neighbourhood Check in: v smooth and amazing company that have made the stay comfortable with their attention to details. • Sofia (7/5): Practical stay in Athens - The flat has an amazing super large balcony with wonderful views. It’s on the top floor, in a very central location close to metro by foot. There are restaurants around. The neighborhood is lively and safe. The price is also reasonable for what it offers. The place feels cluttered with children’s toys and incompatible items put together . There were pieces of furniture forgotten in a way in one of the corners of the balcony. Kitchen and bathroom are dated. One of the bedrooms had no air condition and was very hot even though the available fan was switched on . The layout of the flat is unusual with a very long corridor that leads to the bedrooms. It’s not a luxurious place but it’s well priced for what it offers .
