• Irene (5/5): Not worth the price - The view is wonderful, but the price is excessive even for Switzerland. Cheap furniture, humidity problems in the main bathroom, uncomfortable system of lights and switches, parking slot so narrow that it is almost impossible to access (forget it if you have a big car) and there is no free parking nearby). Location really far from the lake, indeed pictures are misleading. No AC, very uncomfortable sofa, insufficient kitchen utensils, TV command with exhausted batteries, very confusing instructions (forget example regarding the parking slot or the access through the 4th floor)
• Magd (9/5): Would recommend for sure - The location and the view is just so amazing , honestly it’s worth to book it for a week I didn’t like the parking as it’s a very small place to park but if you got a small car it’s all good
• Mike (9/5): A very enjoyable stay at a beautiful apartment, wonderfully located. - Probably the best location for a stay in Lugano in a quiet district on the edge of the city. Fantastic views down to the lake and across to San Salvatore. 5 minute walk down to bus stop which, with a one day ticket bought at the machine there, gave access to the whole of the Lugano district. Food shops and the lake side were a few stops away and the centre just a 10 minute ride. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was magical. There were no instructions for the operation of the appliances : oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier. The microwave had a grill feature we discovered eventually and would have been useful as an alternative to oven. The oven wasn't working on arrival but was fixed by an electrician promptly after contacting the agent. Power to the apartment was lost for a short time due to a blown fuse. The agents were very good at dealing with this despite it happening on a Sunday evening.

• Cyril (10/5): Incredible view - Incredible view from the balcony and from the rooms. Wonderful apartment with full equipment and furniture. Modern and very clean. Place of parking in the garage is very useful. Beautiful stay and relax place. We recommend this address without hesitation. Return the keys at the office in the city. Maybe more comfortable to leave the keys in the mailbox of the building (?)
• Fahad (10/5): wonderful stay - Great value . Brand new and sparkling clean . Couldn’t have been better it’s really highly recommended for couples great view to Lugano lake every thing was perfect . Place is lovey and offers beautiful tranquility nothing at all but the parking you should take care it’s one way road for both directions
