• FOO (6/5): - Overall, my stay was okay. However, the cleanliness really needs improvement. The floor was quite dirty, and my feet turned black when walking without slippers. Hope the hotel can improve the hygiene for a cleaner and more comfortable stay.

Su tre giorni di soggiorno non siamo mai riusciti a fare la doccia ad una temperatura decente (era sempre gelata). La presenza di soli 4 ascensori è completamente inadeguato per il volume di gente che ci abita/soggiorna. Ci è capitato di dover aspettare anche 20 minuti per scendere al mattino. Le tende non sono particolarmente oscuranti facendo entrare la luce fin dalle prime ore del giorno. La camera non è insonorizzata per cui ogni mattina siamo stati svegliati dal richiamo alla preghiera.

• Kristy (5/5): Good for the price. Slight basic improvements needed. - The pool was the highlight as it over looked everything. Perfect temperature, a small jacuzzi attached. Size of the deluxe studio was a great size. Walking distance to Avenue K shopping centre and Patronas towers right across the road. Train station located underneath Avenue K. Service desk operators were plenty, but only one seemed to operate different websites, so it took some time to check in with each counter. There are 47 levels and four lifts. You can wait a while to get to your rooms as the lifts are constantly full of ppl. The reading light switch for the bed is opposite on the other wall,nowhere near the bed. The shower's temperature is lukewarm, almost cold to the touch, so if you're like me and want a decent warm shower at the end of the day, too bad. Check out time is 11 am. we noticed signage in all elevators asking guests to check out at 10 am as busy periods are from 11 am onwards. Sounds like they may have a staffing issue of sorts, not a customer issue.We checked out at 11 am. anyway and nothing was said. The address provided was not right, said nbr 25 but was nbr 10. That could be an error with booking.com or hotel.

• Betharia (10/5): Best residence in the town - The property unit super clean, easy check in. The position near to Suria KLCC Shopping center with 10 minutes walking and you can also see The Twin tower. It is easy to find some restaurant nearby. All Facilities inside the unit as seen as the photos, everything is new. Just a little input for the host, if your guest is staying for 4D3N, at least on 2nd day should be change the towel and take out the trash, spare some toilet tissue inside. Beside that, everything is perfect.
• Lai (6/5): Pleasant - N/A Only 4 lifts available which takes some time when you waiting for lifts. Swimming pool is at 47 floors which is outside expose to wind. You will feel cool and don't want to swim after that. Check-in on 3pm, which is too long.
• Vigne (9/5): SUPERB - We were at the 39th Floor with an Magnificent view on KL specially by night so we slept without the curtains closed. On the other side this is the AMAZING view on the twin towers (10min away by feet) and the communication tower with light show every night. I recommend the gym also for the view (they called it Sky Gym), the equipment is acceptable. There is also 2 street food area at 20min by feet. I will definitely try to come back if I return to KL one day. not a single thing. People are complaining for the lift waiting time but believe me this is very acceptable and the lift itself is an experience mixing yourself with so different people.
• Neil (7/5): Great Stay with Friends at Forte Seasons Scarletz Premium Suites @ KLCC - Check-in was simple and hassle-free. We picked up the key from the reception desk and found our apartment with ease. We stayed here with friends, a total of four adults, and the space was large enough to comfortably accommodate us all. While we didn’t spend much time in the room—since we were out exploring or relaxing by the pool—it had all the amenities we expected and needed for our stay. The convenience store on the ground floor was a great perk, making it easy to grab drinks and snacks. We also appreciated the fitness area, which had decent equipment for a quick workout. Overall, Forte Seasons Scarletz Premium Suites @ KLCC provided a comfortable and convenient base for our time in KL. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped and centrally located place to stay! There were a couple of downsides. The apartment had a strange smell when you first walked through the door, which we all associated with the smell of a butcher’s shop. Additionally, while the apartment window offered a nice view, this was unfortunately spoiled by litter and even used condom thrown out of other people’s windows, landing in front of our view.

• Brett (8/5): A great stay. - Great location, spacious apartment with great views across the city. Rooftop pool is spectacular.
• Anna (9/5): come for the roof pool and gym. - Serviced apartments which are only a short taxi or metro ride away to the main sights. The facilities in the hotel were amazing. I used the gym and rooftop pool every day - the pool has views to die for. The room itself was well equipped although it took me a few days to work things out e.g. the switch outside of the bathroom to heat the water. There was also a washing machine in the room as well as a fridge and water filter. They wanted me to pay a deposit on arrival, which was not clear at booking. The room is a little scruffy in some areas. I was on the north of the building facing the motorway and the soundproofing was poor.
