The space felt cozy yet spacious, with tasteful decor and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also enjoyably quiet and convenient, with easy access to shops and transit. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating area and the overall warmth of the space. Georgina is an excellent host and I’ll definitely be staying here the next time I come around. Smooth and responsive communication with her, which made the experience even better. Nothing that impacted my stay. Everything was just right.

The place was just as described very clean, quiet, and super comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into setting it up. The bed was really cozy, and having a well equipped kitchen made a big difference for us. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The location was another highlight. • Eva (1/5): Unsafe - The location was perfect for where I was planning to visit, and the apartment is very beautiful As I write this it’s 6:58am and I’m going to check out by 11am today, and I can’t wait to leave. Because I’ve just heard something slam against the main bedroom window facing the backyard; every night that I’ve not slept in that bedroom this has happened at 1:30 or 2am and then at 7am or right before it. I have never felt so scared and unsafe in a place before, and I wouldn’t come back here even if it was free. I found out that the host enters the unit when I’m not here (1 day they closed the shower glass door, which I always leave open even at my house, it’s just a habit). I checked for hidden cameras because of that incident, and found that the mirror in the living room isn’t a real mirror. You’ll see proof of this if you turn off all the lights: it’s a hidden camera. Someone also comes here and punches in a fake key code at the door which doesn’t unlock it, they just punch in 6 numbers and go away without even trying to twist the doorknob either. They did that twice just yesterday, at 4:38pm and 4:52 - they also did this on Tuesday March 24 around 4pm. The whole time I was here I felt like I was being watched but I thought I was being paranoid. By the time I started seeing proof, it was already too late because I’d just renewed my stay for 4 nights. I don’t care about a refund, but as soon as I’m safely out of here I’m going to the police with the photos and video footage that I took of the living room “mirror”. People who treat good guests like this shouldn’t be in business.
• Chimechefulam B (8/5): No regrets - Very clean Facilities working effectively Host was a phone call away street parking available Quiet neighbourhood : close to services WiFi speed good Netflix and amazon prime available: really nice homely touch Basement apartment, I suspect that affected the mobile network so phone calls kept cutting off now and again: I used freedom mobile. As a basement apartment, sounds from main building/ footsteps heard in basement. Overall these are probably expected. I would most likely stay again if I visited.

• maureen (10/5): We would totally recommend a stay at this location & we will definitely book again! - Our stay was excellent! The place was very clean, comfortable & had everything that we needed! The only thing, although not a big issue at all, was that there was no driveway parking.

• Gawain (7/5): Good sized clean basement apartment - Good size, clean, nice bathroom has a good shower with shower gel & shampoo provided. Virtually no natural light, only two high small windows in the bedrooms which do not let in much light. There is absolutely no view of the outside whatsoever. Neighbour is quiet but the occupants upstairs are easily heard. Kitchen lacking some basics, like scissors and a pyrex dish for the microwave. Smoke alarm went off several times one day, apparently defective.
