• Delphine (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé proche du nouveau port, avec un arrêt de bus pour la ville et les environs juste en bas de l’immeuble. Bons équipements et très jolie déco ! Une excellente semaine a un prix très raisonnable pour Dubrovnik. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de rideaux occultants ou de volets à la chambre mais ça permet de se réveiller pour tôt pour profiter de la journée

• Lucía (9/5): Ubicación excelente y apartamentos muy cómodos - La ubicación es excelente, con la parada del autobús que te lleva al casco histórico en la puerta y supermercado al lado. No hay donde dejar maletas si lo necesitas tras el check out. No hay cafetera.

• jelena (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was great-convenient for exploring the area while still being quiet and relaxing.
• Lana (8/5): Nice, small apartment in the great location. - Location was superb and communication to the city center. The bus station is right in front of the building. There is food market right below, coffee bar, food and a small shopping center. It would have been nice to include a few blankets in the apartment, stock the kitchen a bit more with dishes, and add some more toilet paper.

• charlene (1/5): I found out what the LOL in sunny lol stood for , basic and rude - It was clean very small but ok for 2 people, looked nothing like the pictures either, and very stained and damage to surfaces The staff , I asked for extra towels and a t towel some extra toilet paper . The told me I paid for the basic package and that’s all that was included . Just rude very unhelpful . Their was not enough hot water for my partner and I to shower and not enough towels to have a dry towel when you where finished the shower

Sheets not wide enough for large double bed. Quilt single size not even double Sink had no draining board. Only 1 tea towel. Curtains did not meet too small. Would appreciate washing machine for people staying 5 days etc Decor looked like brown stains on the walls.
• Karolina (8/5): Miły pobyt w Dubrowniku - Nowoczesny budynek, prosty sposób zameldowania, wyższy standard w apartamencie, wyposażenie, lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego, portu, sklepu. Niestety na ręcznikach i pościeli były plamy, na poszewce poduszki włosy. Pod prysznic dwie saszetki (próbki) żelu na 2 osoby, które starczyły na raz. W kuchni brak zestawu startowego w postaci herbaty, kawy.

• MARTA (8/5): Estadia excelente. - Localização perfeita. Supermercados e restaurantes próximos e o ponto de ônibus na calçada do prédio em que nos hospedamos, o que facilitava a ida para a old town. Ah! vizinho ao prédio tem um hotel (City Hotel), cuja comida é muito boa. A marina fica a poucos minutos de caminhada. O ônibus que segue para o aeroporto tb para no ponto de ônibus da calçada do prédio. Se não comprou o bilhete de ônibus com antecedência, dá para embarcar e pagá-lo no ponto indicado pelo assistente do motorista. Nada específico.

• lolona (9/5): Bon séjour - La situation géographique selon moi est excellente. A 10mn de la vieille ville et à quelques mètres du portL’arrêt de bus pour rejoindre la vieille ville est situé au bas de l’immeuble, ainsi que la navette aéroport. On peut y rejoindre facilement la gare routière également. Petits commerces à proximité. L’appartement est bien équipé(TV, wi-fi, lave-vaisselle, couverts, bouilloire, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux,étendoir au balcon). La personne en charge de l’hébergement est très réactive et de bon conseil. Les parkings sont payants et coûteux. Le tapis du salon nécessite un passage au pressing.

• Ranu (7/5): Happy and good stay but there are improvements to be made :) - The apartment looked new and is in a good location, there is a bus stop right outside to get to Old town. There are supermarkets nearby. Maria was very responsive and nice. Overall I felt staying comfortable staying at the property however few things I wanted to point out. There is no AC in one of the smaller bedroom, luckily the weather was bearable during our stay however on hotter days it would make sleeping quiet difficult with no AC in that room. Some of the quilts had stains on them :( There is a nice terrace from the living room however, no blinds/curtains to give privacy on that glass door leading to the terrace. The person from the opposite flat was staring directly into ours through that glass door so that felt a bit weird. Kitchen is nice, enough pots and pans and cutleries for few days but would be a nice touch to just provide the bare essentials like salt,pepper, sugar, some coffee and tea at the very least.

• Tracy (7/5): Good - Close to bus stop. Newer building. 32+ pictures showing TV in bedroom, interior view looking down onto courtyard, washing machine. Heading on booking.com said property had washing machine. Apparently there are many units. Our room had none of the above. After arriving we were told only the two bedroom has a washing machine, even though there was a hookup for one in the bathroom. We were given #604 which faced a busy street. It was loud. The curtains in the bedroom were sheer and see through. Through the sheers we could see into the apartment across from us, as I’m sure they could see into our bedroom. Bring an eye mask to sleep, otherwise when the sun rises, so will you.

• Imogen (9/5): Perfect stay - We picked this apartment for a 3 night stay to explore Dubrovnik. We loved the location as we could walk to the old town (bus stop was right outside if we wanted), but we were also close enough to the docks which we thought were lovely too. A big shop and bakery right next to the apartment was very convenient. Check in was very easy thanks to the good communication from Maria. The apartment was a lovely space to relax, the bed was very comfy, TV all working with the apps. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple on a short stay who want to see all of Dubrovnik.

• Rachel (10/5): Perfect location for reasonably priced stay outside of the Old Town - Great location, there’s a bus stop right outside where you can get the bus directly into the Old town (5-7 mins). Next to a harbour with lovely views. Inside was beautifully decorated, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, great kitchen/diner.

• Naima (9/5): Superb - A beautiful, clean apartment in a central location. If you are not familiar with the area, the apartment is not the easiest to find. Also, they could provide a bit more shower gel as there were only a couple of sachets of shower gel and we had to buy some.

• Iryna (9/5): Superb - The location is just perfect - supermarket, lovely bakery, pharmacies just round the corner. Bus stop to the Old Town - 2 meters out (by the way you can walk to the Old Town, it takes you about 25-30 min along the stunning landscape). The most beautiful, small and quiet Bellevue beach in 15-20 min walk.
• Rogier (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the location, with a bus stop just in front and very near to the city center (just 4 stops) I would never go back to this apartment! The Airco is not enough for the entire apartment, it was very warm in the bedroom in front. But the most terrible thing is that the curtains do not cover the windows and they are very light. We woke up every morning around 5:30 because of the light on our face. When we reached out, our complaint was not taken seriously.
• Zorana (8/5): Great for a one-night stay - We only stayed here one night before flying out. The flat has everything you need for a short stay. It's located close to Old Town and a short walk from Lapad which is nice. We were with our two kids (5, 1.5yrs old) and if we had stayed a bit longer the space would have been too tight for us. I would highly recommend it for couples.
• Camila (8/5): Good but could be better! Room for improvement. - Location and the apartment size is really good! There were few things at the kitchen. No coffee machine, couple of spoons. You should improve it and provide dishwasher soap. Different persons from the staff contact me at my phone, I got a bit confused
• David (8/5): Above average, but not exceptional. - Modern clean apartment with a deck. Four stops away on the bus from old town about 10 minutes and about a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal to travel to split. So it says city center, but I didn’t feel it was in the center of anything no good view either.
• Victoria (7/5): Not what we had expected - The location was pretty good, as well as the space. The assigned parking spot was filled several times when we came to park. The second car was not given a spot, we parked in a spot that did NOT have a no parking spot, but we still received a call with someone threatening to burn our car. There were no simple condiments such as salt and pepper. We only noticed that there were only 2 sets of utensils when we opened the dishwasher on the day of departure and saw the dishwasher had not been cleaned and items put away.

• Pascal (4/5): Good start, bad and sour ending!!!! - Nice appartement, good contact with owner. Good location, good beds. As good as it started as bad as it ended. Upon arrival, we had 2 beds, 1 in the room, 1 in the living, which they prepared for us very nicely!, but in order to put our luggage, we changed the position of the table. We let it there the whole time, until we left. Afterwards we get a message from the owner that we broke this table. But the picture shows that the table was moved and not where we left it. And now she claims 150 euro for this table, which we didn’t broke. Bad and sour ending!!!! I refuse to pay for something that i didn’t do. If we would have broken it, I would get in contact to arrange this before I have left the apartment!!!

• Zoe (10/5): Lovely enough space our host answered all our questions - The location was great and facilities were quite good for cooking for ourselves, distance from shops and for doing touristy activities. Clean and felt secure. Hard to get a breeze going through the bedroom maybe a fan would've helped cause the air conditioner didn't really reach even though the balcony door could open wide.
• Suk (7/5): Good - Location is good. Need more toiletries and some facial tissues. The apartment does not have parking spot. The nearest public parking is next to Hotel Porto. €26.95 for 24 hours. You might be lucky to find a parking spot, not easy during peak season.

• A (10/5): GREATEST VACATION EVER - Great location Great hostess: ready to fulfill every request of the guest, very nice and kind lady Great facility: building has two elevators, easily accessable from two sides (main entrance & parking lot) Very clean, all amanities were operational, very safe All shopping needs are close by: several large grocery stores, organic food store, bust stop, main bus station, port, swimming pool (convenient for winter vacation), Walking trail around Lapad and Babin Kuk It is very important to know that each apartment managed by this same company is different. During my long winter stay (2 months), I changed two apartments: one had location in the building with a view directly to the oposite building, the other had a much better view overlooking Gruz Port. Both views are turned North, so you will never have any sun light, day light only but very dark daylight. Also, one apartment was very quiet, while the other noisy as the neighbors upstairs stompped on the ceiling every day and made a lot of construction work with hummering and drilling all the time. So, I would not say that apts are soundproof. Also, different apts have different owners and different amanities, not all are equally well equipped. Not all have laundry machine washer, microwave, etc.

• Muhammad (9/5): Spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and a great location. Overall, I would recommend. - From the bedroom, the lounge and to the bathroom, this is a very modern, spacious and clean apartment. The bed was comfy and the balcony was good sized. The AC worked perfectly. There are quite a few english speaking movie channels on the TV and I even got to watch the United game one evening. A dry rack and washing pegs are provided which makes hanging your hand washed clothes out to dry on the balcony very easy. A hoover is also provided which is ideal. A bus stop literally outside, which takes you into the Old Town within 5 mins. There is a Supermarket within a very short walk (Tommy). You can walk to Port Gruz within a couple of minutes which is very ideal for when booking any ferry/boat trips. And walking from the apartment to the Main Bus Station is only 20mins. The comms with Maria from checking in till we left were very good. She even gave us the option to check out slightly later if we needed to but we left on time. As part of our 4 night stay we had 2 big and small towels, 2 x toilet rolls and 2 x 30/35ml bottles of shower gel. This is the ‘starter pack’ which is included within your price. Fresh towels, toiletries etc, you’d have to pay more for. Which for a 4 night stay I feel is insufficient. The chairs and table on the balcony could have done with a wipe. My finger turned black when I ran it over them. The property doesn’t provide a luggage storage facility. Would be nice if there was a sign outside the property with ‘Sunny LOL Port Apartments’ clearly identified. The City Tax is to be paid in cash and not by card. Which means if you’re like me who prefers to holiday cashless to get the best exchange rates with your card, you will have to go to a local ATM which will charge you €5 to take cash out and then offer a very unfavourable exchange rate.
• Rebecca (9/5): Brilliant location, clean and comfy apartment, would recommend if you want to visit Old Town - Brilliant location, bus stop right outside which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 5 minutes. Bus's can get busy - we went in September. The bus's are however very frequent. Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean apartment. Host was friendly. Key was left in a secure box with good instructions. Only one cutlery knife, we could've done with 2, just to have breakfast with. We couldn't find a kettle, there is however a hob and microwave. The hairdryer wasn't working.

• Chanikya (10/5): Excellent Stay with Good & Frequent bus connections to Old town. - Everything was well organised. Thank you Maria for comfort stay. Would have been more nice if there is a Washing Machine as well. But still, we had a pleasant stay.
• Radulescu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was lovely and very clean. The location is close to the city center and also you have shops near by.
• Mariana (1/5): Bad - My experience was marred by unexpected charges for luggage storage, false damage accusations, and a city tax discrepancy. I tried to resolve these issues with Maria, but her lack of response and commitment left me completely dissatisfied.
