- Akmal (7/5): It was good place, just lack of customer service - The place is really nice, everything was clean can’t really complain about the place Just lack of attention. We arrived to the place well after check in 10 pm. Just for the keys to not be in the post box as advised. We had to wait an additional 40+ mins for the person to drop it off. There was no compensation for this, and the host seemed to not really care. I asked for my deposit to be returned as a compensation, but they kind of just didn’t care, and if anything the reimbursement would actually come back days after my stay. Look I can’t complain about the place because it was really nice and I don’t like giving bad reviews because it ruins someone’s reputation. Just need attention to hospitality and care for customer

- Lorna (7/5): Nice apartment, great surrounding restaurants. Furnishings a bit basic to suit the apartment. - Great location for any trip to Baulkham Hills area. Lovely Restaurants within walking distance and a Coles Supermarket. Beautiful apartment, missing touches to make it more luxury. Awful pillows on beds, only 1 small bedside table per bed and only 1 bedside light working in one of the rooms. Other than the wine glasses, no drinking glasses. Crockery and cutlery, very, very basic. Half used toilet roll on the holder, no extra. This apartment has the potential to be marketed as an executive apartment with just a few more little comfort touches. Thank you
