• Arwel (9/5): I thought the location was brilliant, the flat was incredibly well equipped and very clean. The communication with the o - The property was in a superb location, just a few minutes walk from Notting Hill gate tube station. It was very clean and well equipped with complementary drinks and snacks laid on. There were plenty of towels.and loo roll. The flat was on the top floor with stairs leading up to it, which were hard work unless you were quite fit. It might be useful to have a spare set of keys as there were four of us staying and we had to be clever to make sure that the first one back had the keys.

• Adrian (10/5): Buena opción céntrica en Londres - Apartamento muy bien ubicado (2 o 3 líneas de metro, cerca de Portobello Rd. y de los parques), cómodo para dos personas (no para más). Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, desde café, aceite, sal hasta productos de limpieza y de baño e implementos para cocinar. Dos pisos por escalera, no hay ascensor. No hay aire acondicionado, en días calurosos debe ser un problema pero no nos pasó.

• Jana (9/5): Superb - The apartment has a great location, very close to subway entrance, supermarkets. It is very tiny, but cosy The host is amiable and responsive on any topic and makes the stay more cheering with small treats left in the kitchen :-) Not all the photos refer to the apartment. In reality smaller than expected
• Andrzej (5/5): Below expectations really. - I have very mixed feelings about the property. On the one hand the host was very responsive and the location was great. The Appartment was well stocked with all the essentials which is aways nice. My biggest concern is that for one the thumbnail photo is not of the apartment which is rather concerning. Also the mouldy kitchen was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend to a friend or stay again.
• Debajyoti (10/5): Exceptional - Great amenities. Every possible item required on travel was there. The washing machine with dryer was an added bonus. All good. No complaints. A bit of work to get heavy suitcases up the stairs but that’s like 90% of London travel.

• Julia (1/5): Poor communication for last minute cancellation - The host cancelled only when I tried to find the address out last minute. They didn’t contact booking.com with this information even after I asked, so I spent days chasing a refund and not knowing if I should book alternative accommodation. Very stressful
• Beizhen (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location and accessibility to the underground. The property owner was very kind and timely in their responses. The room itself was very spacious and well-ventilated. The interior was decorated making us feel right at home! We appreciate all the goodies (ie toiletries) and complimentary snacks the hosts left. Overall great experience with no complaints at all!
