• Aysvitra (1/5): IT'S SO WORTHLESS PLACE - It was a complete waste of money, and we ended up spending the entire night searching for another hotel. We trusted this place, but they failed to provide a valid contact number and blocked all incoming calls. My friends and I tried contacting them multiple times with no response whatsoever. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

NOT EVEN A SIMPLE APOLOGIZE. after deposit the room card money they block me. we call never pick up not responsibile for anything at all! first and last!

• Nur (1/5): Horrible - The room is so simple and smelly when im enter it, i choose to stay there bcs i have no other place to go and i have something to do around there, When i ask agent to ask cleaner clean stuff in the kitchen “spoon fork” bcs uts dirty the host reply - Apologies for the delayed response. Please clean the utensils yourself before using them. I will also notify the cleaning staff to be more attentive. Thank you for your feedback🫶🏻- you expect me to clean it by myself while im not the one who use it? For what i paid to stay here? And the lock for toilet door also broken? You room is mix cust, how about safety and security? Very disappointed, dont stay here guys
• Angela (6/5): Overall disappointed. - It looks amazing! Very photogenic but that's about it. Shared appartment was nice and spacious. Local area. It is a residential stay so no tourists. When using the pool as a tourist make sure you have a fully covered bathing suit as bikini is not allowed! To use the 'lazy river' you see on the pics.. Make sure you make reservation otherwise you can not use it. The building itself is very difficult and a maze. There are many elevators! Make sure you have the right ones to go to your floor. Cause the second elevator you need to take goes directly to your appartment. I wanted to check out 10 min later but that was not appreciated at all from the guy I rented from, he was'nt friendly about that.
