• Natalia (8/5): Apartamento de 10 si el baño estuviera reformado - Ubicación excepcional,apartamento con habitaciones muy grandes y comodas El baño, sobretodo la ducha muy pequeña y no muy cómoda tenía un peldaño y era difícil el acceso ya que fui con una persona mayor también me falto un microondas en la cocina

Als er wat was reageerde de host snel via booking.com of mail. De badkamer met douche is vrij klein. Het appartement is op de 3e verdieping alleen met de trap bereikbaar, dat was na een dag Rome best een uitdaging!

• Пасынок (10/5): The excellent location of this apartment makes up for all the minor shortcomings that it had, and I - The location of the apartment is simply wonderful. It took us about 35 minutes to get there from the airport by taxi. It's located right in the center of Rome. Upon exiting the building, the ancient square opens up before our eyes. The main attractions are within walking distance: the Trevi Fountain is 7-10 minutes, and Piazza Venezia is 5 minutes away. Public transportation is nearby, as are supermarkets, restaurants, and pizzerias. The Vatican is 40 minutes away. We walked all three days—everything is close. Recommended for families with children. Children will definitely love the bed on the second floor. He sent detailed instructions on how to pick up the keys to the apartment, and we were able to move in at night. The small kitchen has a four-burner electric stove, a water tap, essential utensils, and a coffee machine. The owner also kindly provided coffee, sugar, paper towels, and a small refrigerator. We loved everything; if we come back, we'll definitely stay again. It's worth noting that the shower was a bit cramped, and the toilet cistern didn't work properly. The attentive owner easily fixed this. It would be highly recommended that this apartment be equipped with an electric kettle and a microwave. Unfortunately, the freezer was broken, and when we bought ice cream, we had to throw it out because it wasn't working. I think it needs to be fixed by summer.

• Shalhevet (6/5): The host is lovely, the location is great. The actual place could use improvements. - The location is excellent with many attractions nearby and public transportation accessible. The manager, Gianni, is extremely professional and very available. When the coffee machine broke, he brought a repair person and replaced it the same day. He is lovely to deal with and his communication was excellent. First, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get in the front door. There is no door handle so jiggling the key, and entering is not easy. Then, there is another set of stairs to get to the main living area. After that, you have to walk up another flight of stairs just to get to the toilet. The bathroom is tiny and there are no shelves in the shower to put your shower gel/shampoo. The bed upstairs is under the shortest ceiling and even with the 1 triangle warning sign on the ceiling, we still managed to bang our heads. Plus, the kitchen is tiny and 2 people can't stand in there, at once. The kitchen should be equipped with an electric urn or water kettle and wasn't. Also, the air conditioner is extremely weak and does not cool the upstairs area.

Centralissimo, a pochi passi dal Pantheon e 15 minuti a piedi da Fontana di Trevi e Colosseo; è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici per visitare il resto della citta’. Nella piazza sono presenti negozi di alimentare aperti fino alle 22. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, molto accogliente e silenzioso. Il proprietario è disponibile oltre ogni aspettativa, dalla prenotazione al check our. Grazie di tutto e torneremo sicuramente.

• Miguel (10/5): - Brilliantly positioned in the city center, you're able to walk anywhere and there's all sorts of public transportation nearby. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, it was warm upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise for a winter day. It's equipped with everything that you might need. Definitely the best bang that buck can buy in Rome! The bathroom's ceiling paint was a bit flaky, the shower door wouldn't close all the way through and the pipes in the lavatory sink were a bit clogged. Easy fixes that would be appreciated.

• Frédéric (8/5): Excellent séjour dans un appartement bien situé, calme et très bien géré. - Emplacement idéal : proche de la gare, du Vatican, du Colisée et de Trastevere. Quartier vivant, bien desservi, avec restaurants et bars à proximité. Malgré tout, appartement très calme. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire Gian-Lorenzo : instructions claires et précises avant, pendant et après le séjour, bons conseils sur les transports et les restaurants, message prévenant d’une grève des transports, très utile pour anticiper notre départ. Séjour de 5 jours avec deux ados : nous avons tous apprécié l’appartement et sa localisation. Confort général bon mais perfectible, surtout la literie. Salle de bain et douche très petites, mais : propres, sans fuites ni entartrage, bon écoulement de l’eau, utilisables sans difficulté (même pour une taille de 1,90 m).

Tres paradas de autobús en la misma calle así cómo cafeterías y restaurantes. 10'-15' andando de prácticamente todo. Colchón de la cama de matrimonio cómodo. Apartamento pequeño no apto para personas altas, o con movilidad reducida. Pero bueno cómo vas a dormir simplemente, a nosotros, no nos ha importado. Las almohadas son demasiado finas para mi gusto. El sofá cama un pelín incómodo.

Le manque de lumière naturelle vu qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans le salon. Et donc l'humidité qui va avec. Mais, ils ont tout le nécessaire pour cela, machines etc. Attention les deux lits double sont dans la même chambre mais séparés par un muret.

L’ appartamento è ben organizzato, le stanze sono molto spaziose e tutte con aria condizionata. Il bagno è un po’ piccolo, ma non manca nulla

The apt is clean and location is very good, close to everywhere, bus stop is in front of the apt. A comfortable apt and also clean. The attic bedroom is quite short so you need to watch out not to hit your head on the ceiling.

• Mario (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment in city centre; quiet at night with good transport connections. - The apartment is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, and Piazza Venezia. Despite being right in the city centre, it faces a quiet side street, so it's peaceful at night. There are two bus stops very close to the building, making it easy to reach other parts of the city by public transport. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops, which adds to the convenience. The apartment is on the third floor; the building has a small lift that is perfectly adequate for luggage transport. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchen — ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is indeed small, as others have notices, but fully functional. Everything was very clean and well-prepared when we arrived. The host contacted us the day before and personally met us in front of the building, which was very helpful. Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The TV was not functioning, but that wasn’t important to us. The host provided towels and basic toiletries. Overall, a very pleasant stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for well-located and practical accommodation in Rome!

Secure with quiet neighbours. Great location. The apartment is all heated and very comfortable We loved it but if we had to chose one thing - we didn’t love the bathroom. The shower rained everywhere and wet the entire bathroom. The mould in the bathroom is concerning.

The kitchen is fully equipped (though we has no chance to use it) The room are spacious, bed comfy and USB chargers installed at the bed table. Last but not least, the workers are attentive to our request and very helpful! The shortcomings are the bathroom. The sliding door cannot close up, damaged by poor water drainage and hot water run out fast.

Double sink and double toilet! Well equipped kitchen. Nice decor Not really any natural light, but that didn't affect our stay as there were plenty of lamps and lights around the place.

They guide you with many tips and city recommendations. The location is excellent. It is near so many top spots to visit and eat. It is very well cleaned and looks freshly renovated. It's well kept!

Great contact with landlord, he was responsing really quickly and was really helpful The apartment is a bit small for 4 adults, the bathroom is really tiny and it was hard to stand straight under the shower

When we discovered the hairdryer didn’t work the host went out and bought another one for us to use! Lovely big windows and stunning building. The bathroom let the apartment down. Very very small, old and with the tiniest shower I have ever seen! The bathroom could really do with a refurb.

The property was in a great location in the city. The host were the most welcoming people I have ever had from using booking.com. They were nice and greeted us at the door and they also provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby. Everything was great!

Disappointed that the sofabed could not be used as a bed. Low ceiling in bathroom so the shower is not good for tall people.
• Jinhwan (8/5): Nice home - There are many buses on the main route in front of the accommodation. All the tourist attractions were available without a transfer. The apartment has two floors and the first floor is quite spacious, and it's quiet even at night The air conditioner is too weak. Even if you set it to the lowest temperature, it's not cool because of the lukewarm wind. There is no elevator, so please refer to it if you have heavy luggage.

Shower very tight without place for soap and shampoo. 3 of 4 apartments we stayed in this February visit to Italy, including this one, were quite chilly. Anyway, I'd gladly recommend this apartment!
• Ronald (9/5): Great value and you live like an authentic local - The complex is gorgeous. It’s like a trastevere vibe while still being center city. The high walls made room feel huge and a lot of stuff was fairly walkable. Like what everyone else said the shower gets cold fast and it floods. You basically gotta turn off shower mid way and let it heat up again. My wife hated it lol. Also it’s like the smallest elevator in the world to get up, hard with luggage.
