Alelsandar (1/5): - We had a very disappointing experience with this booking. When we arrived around midnight, we spent almost half an hour trying to open the lockbox with the code that was provided on Booking. The host was not answering calls or messages at first, and my phone battery was at only 8%. Eventually, he replied and gave us a different PIN (not the one stated on Booking), which finally worked. Once we entered the apartment, the situation was unacceptable: the door was difficult to open properly, the apartment was dirty and not prepared at all (dirty towels on the bathroom floor and in the living room, an unmade bed with old sheets left from the previous guests, cleaning tools and boxes scattered on the balcony), the walls were worn out, the sofa was very dirty, and the decoration and furniture looked nothing like the bright, clean pictures shown on Booking, the listing showed a double bed, but we got two single beds pushed together, despite me clearly requesting a double bed both in the booking and in a follow-up message. The overall condition of the apartment was far below what was advertised - in reality it looked neglected and poorly maintained. After I complained, the host apologized and placed us temporarily in another apartment, which was much better: clean, nicely decorated, with proper air conditioning, fresh sheets, and exactly like the photos shown online. That apartment was excellent, and I appreciate that he eventually offered it. However, the fact remains that the apartment I originally booked was not as advertised, was not cleaned, and should never have been given to guests in that state. The listing is misleading, and I would warn future travelers to be cautious.

Irina (8/5): Very good - Nice location, and the apartment is tidy. The hosts are ready to quickly help with any request. Noisy neighbours, poor sounproof. It was quite cold in the apartment (I stayed in December). But it's the same in most of Cipriot apartments in winter except maybe the newest buildings.. And the damage deposit was a surprise for me. Maybe I didn't read the rules properly before booking.
Sara (8/5): I had very pleasant stay, the flat has everything you need for a longer stay. - Good location, markets nearby, good connection with the airport and city center, the apartament has all the amenities needed for longer stay. Quiet neighborhood, the construction site opposite the street wasn’t disturbing. Cockroaches came out at night but it’s normal in Cyprus. There could be more garbage bags and extra sheets, useful when someone stays longer. There were some stains on bedsheets and the couch didn’t look good, but the armchair is very comfy.
Radoslav (9/5): Great stay - There is everything you need for a plesant time apending and location is great, its between two beaches, few small shops around, water tank next to and bus stop to airport just infront of door. No electricity socket in bathroom, no electricity socket next to bed. Windowed balcony so it is imposible to spend there time, it is like in sauna. Propert people, I wanted to extend my stay and untill they respond ( few days, ) place was already booked
