• Louise Cotton (8/5): - Le studio était joli! À 25 minutes à pied du centre historique, mais quand même bien situé! L'épicerie konzum juste à côté, très pratique. J'ai beaucoup apprécié qu'on me laisse quatre grandes bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo!😁 Le soir ça craint, car il fait noir à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Même si c'est supposé être sécuritaire, ce n'est pas très rassurant pour une femme seule,d'arriver à la noirceur. En ce qui concerne le studio, il donne une fausse impression, car la photo montre la vue sur la plage Belmont, alors que le studio ne donne pas cette vue. Par, ailleurs, on nous dit qu'il y a une terrasse avec le studio, alors que ce n'est pas le cas!

• AZUMI (7/5): この部屋はマンションの2階にあります - 他のクチコミにもありますが、場所はわかりづらいです。まずこの部屋は水色のマンションの2階にあり、大通りではなく裏の道から水色のマンションに沿ってぐるっと細道を周り、階段を登ると部屋があります。 部屋はとても綺麗に清掃されていました。日本人が満足するレベルで清潔です。 ティッシュは見当たりませんでしたので持参したほうがいいと思います。 ドライヤー、ケトル、いくつかのタオル、トイレットペーパーやシャンプー、ボディーソープは揃っていました。 ホストはとても親切でしたが、booking .comのバグのせいでメッセージのやりとりができず、WhatsAppがあったおかげでコミュニケーションが取れました。 ボイラーは驚くほど弱いです。 トイレの照明スイッチの横にある洗面室の照明スイッチをオフにするとボイラーも一緒にオフになる謎の仕様でした。お湯が連続で10分程度しか出ず、次に出るまで15分かかるので2人連続でお風呂に入れませんでした。 洗面台は非常に小さいので手を洗うことしかできず、キッチンで顔を洗いました。

• Chi Fung (8/5): Good but above average only - Location quite good. 15-20mins walk to the old town. The Room big enough The lighting at building area is so dark. And the host seems rush to force us out even the car parking. However, the parking area is empty
• nuria (8/5): - El apartamento, está nuevo, es completo, muy bien la cocina y el baño. Es amplio. Y se va andando al centro unos 20 minutos. Tiene parking gratis aunque complicado de encontrar. El sitio está en un sitio como escondido y es difícil de encontrar a pesar de las indicaciones. No pone ningún cartel, lo q tpo ayuda. Yo tuve q llamar a la dueña q me atendió amablemente para poder encontrarlo. Y el parking hay q acceder a una calle x detrás.

• Eronida (6/5): It did NOT feel like home. - The building itself and the location were not the best. The washbasin in the bathroom was too small; I could not wash my face there, I had to use the kitchen sink. I understand it’s been a long season but the apartment should have been cleaner. As it is summer the drying rack should have been a good one, so that we can dry clothes/towels in a better place.

• Rafał (9/5): - Bardzo łatwy i bezproblemowy kontakt z Właścicielką, bez problemu udało się przedłużyć dobę aż o dwie godziny, za co jestem bardzo wdzięczny. Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba, bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko, zdecydowanie duży plus za to! Po ciemku trochę trudno znaleźć wejście na właściwą posesję
• Sintija (10/5): I liked it very much! - The location is the best. Very close to Bellevue Beach, a 30 min walk to Uvala Lapad beach and to Dubrovnik old city centre. The amenities in apartment was as described, conditioning was working well. The big bonus is private parking because warn all the toursists! Parking in Dubrovnik is mission impossible. There are only several places for car park in old town for tourists. Parking lots at the street are for residents only. If you are brave enough - after 20 mins you will get a penalty ticket. Location is close to main street and it is a bit noisy in night hours!
