The grandkids loved the bunks and all the toys left for them. We were very sad to leave. Fantastic location for my husbands 60th. Didn't like leaving 😁

• Stanley (10/5): What a wonderful getaway from the rat race of CBD living - All the little touches were considered to make our stay comfortable. Absolutely minor, but no milk for the coffee or tea.
• David (10/5): A very lovely cottage - A lovely cottage, well set out and well located to the town with just a short walk with a short drive to the major wineries. The outdoor fireplace and garden area. The bath was lovely. The location was great. We as a couple only, loved our stay. The cottage is not overly large and if you had more than a couple staying, it really needs an extra bathroom and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is small enough for 2 to access the bed with great room to move around, we didn't have guests so it wasn't important and the 3rd bedroom had bunks only suitable for young kids. But both would be comfortable to sleep in for kids.
• Briar (9/5): Superb - Amazing place! Perfect location. Beautiful and comfy house with a massive deep bathtub and a stunning outdoor fireplace. Loved our stay a lot! The mosquito's. Didn't realise there were so many and accidentally left the bathroom window open one night. Would reccomend closing windows at night!

• Justine (8/5): Overall we had a lovely stay in mclarenvale and the cottage. Short east stroll to the Main Street - Gorgeous renovated cottage, very cute and cosy. Hosts were very quick to respond to all messages. Bed was super comfy. Limited power points and none in the bathroom I could find. A bin also in bathroom would be good. Nowhere to hang long dresses?? Heater didn’t seem to work properly?? Some instructions nearby would be good although I think it needs checking.
