• Stéphane (9/5): Week-end a Rome - L'emplacement est fabuleux. Un endroit à 2 minutes de la fontaine dans une rue calme. Le duplex est très sympa. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les coups de sonnette le matin.

• Nicolas (5/5): Situation Top ! Logement pas top !!! - Bien situé dans la quartier très animé et central de la fontaine de Trévi. Proche restaurants, glaciers, supermarché, métro, bus, monuments touristiques, boutiques. Couchage confortable. De nombreuses observations déjà plusieurs fois signalées par d'autres hôtes et non traitées ! Je ne pensais pas que ce serait à ce point là : L'appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, est très sombre : la fenêtre est aveugle car condamnée par deux rideaux opaques et une grille. Aucune photo n'indique cela dans l'annonce. Éclairage électrique obligatoire même de jour. Aucune vue sur l'extérieur (voir photo) ! Donc il n'est pas agréable de prendre un repas dans cette pièce principale ni d'y séjourner. La chambre en mezzanine ne dispose d'aucune fenêtre. Ustensiles de cuisine en téflon très rayés donc impropres à une utilisation seine. Le réfrigérateur fuit. Il faut essuyer le sol régulièrement. Bruits de circulation dans l'immeuble et dans le viccolo sans aucune atténuation car la fenêtre est munie d'un aérateur ancien modèle : un simple trou dans la vitre avec une grille en plastique. On entend la sonnerie des téléphones et les conversations des passants dans la rue comme si ils étaient dans la pièce ! Appartement froid et humide : 75% d'humidité mesurée sur l'appareil installé par le propriétaire sur le mur de la pièce principale (voir photo). L'odeur d'humidité tente d'être masquée par un diffuseur de parfum artificiel très désagréable qui m'a rendu malade toute la matinée. La climatisation réversible de la pièce principale fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu'elle fonctionne. Pas possible de dormir lorsqu'elle est allumée. Très petite cabine de douche à l'italienne dont le siphon est bouché : pas possible de prendre 2 douches à la suite sinon l'eau déborde. Le radiateur soufflant et l'évacuation d'air mécanique de la salle de bain sont très bruyants.

• Amanda (10/5): Excellent location & great stay in Rome! - I loved the location, style, cleanliness, size, and comfortable bed! The area was safe, lovely, and right at the Trevi Fountain, as well as well located to walk to most of our tours in Rome! Genuinely will look her first when traveling to Rome again. It was a great value for what we paid! The check in process was simple, we used a lock box to retrieve our cool key & I appreciated how simple it was to get into and out of the property daily (first floor) & when checking in & out, it was perfect! I don't have any complaints, it was clean, cool, with a great location!
• Marcos (7/5): Alojamiento práctico y bien ubicado, pero básico y ruidoso - La ubicación es muy buena aunque es cierto que esto repercute en el ruido, lo que puede molestar al estar en una planta baja (cercanía de restaurante y paso de gente por el callejón). El piso está en un edificio antiguo, lo que se resiente en el olor persistente, puerta del baño que no cierra y desagües que corren despacio.

• Mariangela (7/5): Se procura excelente localização, este é o lugar mas se quer conforto, não recomendo! - Sem dúvida a localização é perfeita O ar condicionado não refresca o quarto, o box do banheiro inunda de água porque o ralo é minúsculo, a iluminação é bem escura

• Dianne (7/5): A reasonable apartment in a great location. - Breakfast was not included The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were very rickety. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Great location, sorry I mean fabulous location. Shower is pretty small and water leaked out the doors onto the floor. Not a deal breaker though.
• Caitlin (6/5): We had a nice time walking to the Trevi fountain and everything was nearby, but there was just some things we wish didn’ - It’s close to the Trevi fountain and a quick walk to a lot of landmarks We stayed at this property and wanted to share our experience to help future guests. The kitchen utensils had been put away dirty, so we had to wash everything ourselves before use. We also found small scorpions in the bathroom, which we had to remove, they can sting, so it was a concern. The counters were not thoroughly wiped either. Later that night, the power box outside exploded and caught on fire. Thankfully, my husband and a few others were able to put it out quickly. As someone who is handicapped, this could have been a serious safety issue for me. Because it’s an older home, outside noises are very noticeable inside, and after the fire, workers came at midnight to repair the damage, including drilling through the walls, which made it very difficult to sleep. We understand that some of these issues may have been beyond the host’s control, but unfortunately, it did affect our experience.
• Alexey (9/5): Location is great! - In general the property is fine and the location for tourist attractions is excellent. There are no steps to the property it is on the ground floor. I am super conscious about cleanness! The bed sheets were with some patterns but white and clean I prefer completely white in case it’s unclean so you can see. The towels are also were grey colour.
• Giselle (7/5): Good - the property was in a excellent spot and super private! there’s a window vent that cannot be covered and you’ll hear anything and anyone who’s outside the window. it’s ideal when it’s warm but when it’s cold you’ll need to blast the heater which is under the stairs.

Our stay was in winter, and the street outside was very quiet but within walking distance to most of Rome's sights, handy for shops and the metro. The room (or rooms: upstairs and downstairs) were very clean, we got our towels and linen changed almost before we could use them. The small kitchenette had everythig we needed to cook or heat meals. The bathroom was small but functional, the water hot, with ok ventillation and a heater. There were two heaters for the room too. The beds were really comfy. The host gave us plenty of detailed info immediately after the booking, from how to use the electric stove to self check-in, and was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the room in the evening (thanks for the rescue!). Thanks for a great stay! Nothing to complain about. Ok, a small bowl and teaspoons would be nice, but maybe we just missed them, as there were plenty of plates and cutlery!
• Tiny (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The apartment was perfect. I love how close it was to the trevi fountain. I felt safe enough to walk to the fountain at 4am it was 1 min away. The bed was comfy and the owners had the heating on for me. The communication was brilliant between the owner when I was looking for the key she answered straight away. Nothing

It’s not about the property itself, how ever the trevi fountain got closed during our stay there, we got the chance to see it the first day 😅. The police over there told me that was going to be open again by February 2025.

• Neil (8/5): Most enjoyable - The location is best ever, so close to many of the key historical sights, all within walking distance. The kitchen on the apartment allowed us to save money cooking some of our own meals (there is a nearby supermarket). We're both tall, so we often hit our heads getting into the kitchen area. Not a problem if your under 6 foot tall.

• Raymond (9/5): Gem of a find. - Unique and quirky apartment in a fantastic location. The host was exceptionally helpful and forthcoming with communication and information. We also liked having a key safe, which meant we didn't have to carry the keys around and risk losing them. Fantastic place to stay overall.

Towels were not dry. We did not have elecrtricity a lot of time and could not use air condition, while in Rome was over 35.

• Fontana (10/5): Excellent place to stay, just be prepared for a little noise at night for the great location. - Location is excellent, the place is very good to stay when you visit Rome, it is closer to all the main attractions. Walking distance. The owner was so friendly and great and easy to talk with. Thanks. The shower is it a little small, the location is incredible but because is just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, at night it can very a little noise when you go to sleep, but I assume is the price to pay for that location.

Right near the Trevi fountain and most things a short walk away. the noise at night was quite bad a couple of nights but that is the flip side of being at such a great location, it’s popular!
• James (7/5): Wanted to stay there again but no availability. - Emanuela gave very good instructions regarding entry and transportation options. Good location and a comfortable bed. A neglected space with great potential.
