Kiran (8/5): It was great stay except checkout time. - For me, location was important as we wanted to stay close to tthe Flinders University. Check out time needs flexibility. 10 am check out time is not suitable for most of the families. You need to be flexible with checkout time. Our flight was late evening at 7 pm and we have to spend whole day, with luggage at odd places.

Brigette (5/5): Great location for what I needed on short notice. - Location was excellent as I needed to be near hospital. The unit needs a thorough cleaning , dirty cleaning clothes in washing machine full of dirt , tea towels were filthy and stained / damp ( I had to wash them ) bathroom was grotty . I had to wash any plates/ utensils before use . Carpets need a clean as well . Bed blankets need a clean . Overall for the price I think owners can afford to have unit thoroughly cleaned , I know an older unit but no excuse not to clean properly. I don’t normally like to be so critical but thinking of next guests or if you want return guests best to be honest.
Caroline (8/5): Appreciated being able to book conveniently located accomodation at late notice - Very convenient location in relation to Flinders Hospital. Comfortable with all conveniences we needed Actual unit is fine but it is upstairs. Carport a very tight squeeze for our larger vehicle. Couldn’t find unit number on one of the wheelie bins

Mary (5/5): It was passable but did not like the management company involved and their processes. - It was clean and tidy Location on a busy street near a hospital made for a noisy stay. The heat pump was inadequate to heat a two bedroom place and was noisy. There were several maintenance issues that made access cumbersome.
