Duncan (8/5): Hosts were great with communication and setting expectations. House was modern. - Modern accommodation with a bathroom for each bedroom was nice. If you don't have a car it is about a 15min walk to the local shops which isn't a bad thing but just something to be aware of.

Shrestha (8/5): It was allright. - Nice comfy room and clean attached bathrooms. Balcony abit messy ,couch looks unhygienic and saw few cockroaches.
Susan (9/5): Perfect for 3 couples in a quiet area. Beaches and Surfers Paradise only a short drive away. - The pool table was a bonus and having 3 bathrooms one for each bedroom was fantastic. Could use a few extra items in kitchen eg. Salad bowl, microwave container
Mary (7/5): Could be very nice if cleaner. - The house is nicely refurbished and having a garage was great. It was quiet and convenient. The bathrooms are great. The front porch and the garages were quite dirty. The sofas and dining room chair seats are stained. The towels are very thin and some have small holes in them. We also needed more bedding, there were no blankets at all. Also a front door mat is needed to wipe feet.
Tanya (5/5): Nice place but not clean - The house is new, spacious and in a good location. Pool table is a nice touch. Prompt communication from host. The house was filthy when we arrived. There was dried food and splatter on the carpet, couch (I refused to sit on it), walls, deck, bedroom furniture, dining table, dining chairs and placemats, the floors were not properly vacuumed, greasy fingerprints all over the tv. Showers were slimey with orange mould in the grout and mould around bathroom tapware. The host sent the cleaners to clean during our stay and they only cleaned a few of the things listed above. To make my family's stay comfortable, I had to clean the two showers, sinks, and dining table myself because the cleaner did not address these issues. The standard of clean was sub-par, which is a shame because it is a nice house and in a good location.
