• Gail (10/5): Best place to stay in Kitzbuhel - We have just spent 5 fabulous days at Hotel Kaiserhof and it couldn't have been anymore perfect. From the warm and friendly welcome from Walter in reception to the spacious tyrolean styled bedroom which was kept immaculate everyday. Comfortable bed, super rainfall shower, great sized bathroom too. The standard room we booked well exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also plentiful with huge amount of choice and our server Balint was a delight. Warm charming and remembered our choice of hot drinks at breakfast. The hotel has great boot room at the back of hotel and ease of access to the Hahnenkamm Gondola less than 5 minutes walk, also less than 10 minutes into the beautiful old town. Martin in reception was really helpful in helping us work out walks, places of interest plus as a keen skier he can give you lots of tips. Very engaging and good sense of humour. All the staff to be fair are excellent and very warm and friendly. This hotel delivers on every level and cannot recommend it highly enough. Another benefit is the wonderful pool room where you can relax in a warm and light area watching the gonolas overhead. I would love to return in the spring/summer. Thank you for making our first visit to Kitzbuhel so memorable. Nothing was perfect

We didn’t have the standard so paid more for a deluxe but ours was seriously small. Goodness only knows what the size of the standard room was!

We had the Maximillian Suite which was amazing! Beautiful views of city and mountain. Spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! I would have liked a hot tub. They did have a sauna, and pool though

• Marco (8/5): - The Hotel is in a super position for everything, especially for ski, you have 2-3 slopes ski-in ski-out and the ski room is 20mt from the Hannenkham lift that brings you on top of the Streif and at the beginning of the KitzSki Resort. The center of the town is at 3 minute walking. Lovely view on the Streif, silent and cozy, super clean and the Staff was kind and helpful. For a 4stars S maybe you can expect a little bit more but globally it's ok. Breakfasts in the medium range.

• Oswald (10/5): Es war ein außrgewöhnlich toller Aufenthalt - Die größe des Zimmers die Ablagemöglichkeiten, das Badezimmer gut durchdacht. Das Hotel ist so gut platziert, es sind nur ein paar Schritte zur Hahnenkammbahn, Das Personal sehr nett und Freundlich. Außerdem befindet sich im Hotel ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Wenn ich nach Kitzbühel reise werde ich wieder im Kaiserhof wohnen.

Everyone of them had a smile, always spoke and were so friendly and efficient. The hotel is beautiful, the bar area is great to relax, breakfast had everything to offer, it was excellent. The spa is one of the best we have been to. The room was ideal. Also, the ladies who make up the rooms do a wonderful job with a smile. The location is perfect. Would highly recommend the hotel. • Sabine (9/5): Gemütliches Hotel mit sehr guter Küche - Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine Riesenauswahl, einfach toll! Insgesamt hat das Hotel eine sehr gute Küche. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, richtig gemütlich. Die Betten waren so bequem und die Daunendecken sehr kuschelig. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen! Die Lage des Hotels, direkt an der Hahnenkamm Gondel ist perfekt für Schifahrer, aber auch das Ortszentrum mit Weihnachtsmarkt war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Lobend zu erwähnen ist das sehr nett eingerichtete Spielzimmer, super für kleinere Kinder - unser Enkelkind hat dort begeistert gespielt. Das Personal st sehr nett und meist sehr freundlich (teilweise aber ein bisschen unerfahren). Das Galadinner am Weihnachtsabend war gut gemeint, aber für Familen mit Kindern eine QUAL. Es sollte um 19 Uhr beginnen, aber die erste halbe Stunde konzentrierte sich das Personal darauf Wein einzuschenken. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Abenden, wo man von bis zu 4 Hauptgängen wählen konnte, gab es ein fixes Menü. Da ist natürlich nicht für jeden das Richtige dabei....Das Kinderbuffet- an anderen Abenden schon früher zugänglich- wurde auch erst um 19 Uhr bestückt. Es gab davor Aperitiv und Häppchen im Lobby, aber da war für Kinder wirklich nichts dabei ( Häppchen mit Tartare, gefüllte Oliven, Mini Quiche mit Paprika....). Weder das kleine Kind in unserer Gruppe, noch die Teenager, haben das Abendessen bis zum Ende durchgehalten. Schade, denn alle anderen Abende waren super, als man Vor-u. Nachspeisen selbst vom Buffet holen konnte. Bar: man scheint hier sehr unerfahren zu sein, bzw. haben verschiedene Kellner:innen Dienst an der Bar verrichtet. Teilwiese schien man die eigne Getränkekarte nicht zu kennen....ein Barkeeper kannte den Digestiv Averna nicht.

• Chris (10/5): The very best location, incredible restaurant, brilliant staff, very clean and comfortable, an amazing experience. - The location adjacent to the gondola and the end of the main run is superb. The staff were brilliant. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding. Very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing, the best I have had outside of hatted and Michelin star restaurants.
