• Mohammed (1/5): Bad - I booked and when I called him to get the entry code, he did not answer my calls, and I did not enter the apartment. I want my money back.
• Dale (1/5): never offered check in code - never offers code to check in . wait outside for 2 hours . it’s scam

• Nichola (2/5): Very poor - The location was misrepresented - the address given by the owners is not the address of the apartment which is further down the road. The apartment is not accessible - the wheelchair user in our group had to fold up their chair to get it in to the tiny lift. The flat toilet was also dirty
• Sulaiman (1/5): Worst stay ever - Nothing It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The moment we reached the apartment we called the host as he told us the previous guest refuse to leave the apartment, as if he preferred the previous guest than a 7 members family with a disabled kid. He offered us another apartment in chelsea which was filthy, far away, full pf bugs and insects, a bad service on top of that. Eventually he told us I’ll give you a 10% discount and pay for the taxi fees from the old apartment to the new one, but until now he gave us nothing. Finally he refuses to talk to us

• Michael (1/5): Would Not recommend! - Close to Paddington station Wasn’t as described, no third bedroom! Living room had a single bed very old, stained mattress’s , not clean! We had to leave after 1 night and find something else!
• Mustafa (5/5): Not Worthing the Cost - it’s location; 15 min walking to hyde park - was not very clean - remote control for TV not provided -apartment main door difficult to open -bathroom door difficult to close -misleading photos of apartment in Booking. -was easy to communicate with owner. -its location in Booking is Not the real one .
