• Rebecca (10/5): Modern, beautiful and well equipped. Could have stayed for longer. Very comfortable! - Location so great. Just far enough out of the main hustle and bustle but a short walk to shops/restaurants and beach across the road. Super modern and beautifully styled and designed apartment. No full length mirror- that would be great. Also take away cups to take coffee along a walk in the morning. No biggie but would be very convenient! Balcony floor could do with a clean - feet were black after being out there!

• Koni (9/5): loved it ! perfect location, and the stay had everything you needed ! everything walking distance - should have has more tea towels, and more hand towels or towels as you need to wash every day.
• Liz (8/5): This unit is managed by a letting agency who require bond, that’s important to note. Keys are picked up and dropped off - Location and ocean view. Beach across the road and short walk to hub of Surfers Paradise. No WIFI, it wasn’t working and it took 3 days to fix that was half our time (6 days) staying here. Paying a bond, I wasn’t prepared for that. Picking up abd dropping keys to a different location from unit. If using laundry and air conditioning unit the noise vibrated through the unit, very noisy.

Gebroken glas onderin de vaatwasser en waterreservoir van droger zat vol terwijl er geen gebruiksaanwijzing was om het te legen… uurtje gepuzzeld ermee. Borg na een week nog steeds niet terug.
• Higginson (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, nice tidy spacious apartment with everything we needed. A few things need fixing. Sliding doors out to balconies, difficult to open and unable to be closed fully. Broken blinds in the bedrooms so no way to block any light out.

• Svetlana (5/5): Passable - the views from the property are nice. The keys to the property had to be collected at and returned to an entirely different location. If you travel for work, have a busy schedule, or don't have a car, it's a significant hurdle. The Coastal Letting company collects way too much private information about you and sends unwanted promotional material to which you have to agree at the time of check in.

• Yaode (9/5): Great stay. - Clean and newly renovated room. Plenty of utensils and high end appliances. Collection and returning of keys could be easier. Need to cater in extra time for returning of keys if in a rush. Quite a bit of walk to the main beach/shopping area.

• Ravinderjeet (5/5): Passable - we booked long Beach because of its location but were given a totally different property. we even took a taxi and got off at the property at 10 pm with kids and all the luggage but after that when we called after hours number, we were told its a different property. and then we had to get another taxi to go to the other property. Sinks were blocked at the other property and the property was not very clean
• Nicky (10/5): Great location, nice apartment, stunning views of sunrise and beach. Easy walk to everything. - Location is great, we had beach views. The lift was super fast, the apartment was modern and had everything we needed for a short stay. I guess picking up the keys and dropping them off at another location was slightly annoying, the key collection office is pretty close to the apartment but so much easier when it's all in the same building and you only have to go to 1 place.

• Deb (9/5): Superb - We loved the view, everything was comfortable, we actually went to just chill out after a hectic week prior to our stay. We were able to have a breather, with a short walk to bars and restaurants for dinner. Great to have the washer and dryer as we had been travelling around Queensland for a week! Beds are amazing! The pics of the property were a little deceiving as the place looked like you were right on the beach! There are other hotels in front of you but still a stunning view to wake up to each morning! We were disappointed to find only 2 sachets of dishwasher powder and 2 of dishwash. Not enough toilet paper either. Or bags for the rubbish bin..all of these pretty basic things that holidayers need to use to keep the place clean..We had to buy these items! Including cooking oil, salt and sugar!That wasnt a worry but we couldnt take them with us to fly international! 7 days later! We left them behind. I hope the cleaners got to keep them, although they were probably chucked out! I feel these basic cleaning items should be ample enough to last a week! Or for however long the guests stay is....Also the construction happening, the build of another skyrise next door, we had no choice but to be woken by 7.30am to concrete trucks and nail guns.

Only 1 key tag, which was frustrating for a family who wanted to do different things. Construction across the road started very early and didn't allow a sleep in for any of us.

• Shannen (10/5): The best part of our trip to the Gold Coast was this apartment! - The decor, appliances and facilities of this apartment were amazing. The view from every room was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a place to stay on the Gold Coast. Some construction work being done across the road which can be noisy early in the morning but not the properties fault. Would not have put us off from staying.

• Maree (10/5): Amazing apartment and view! - View was amazing, apartment is great, location perfect! For the price some amenities should be included - liquid soap in the dispensers, oil for cooking, salt and pepper, face cloths etc - those little touches would really help.
