• Danielle (10/5): - The breakfast had plenty of great choices. We mainly booked this hotel because of the location. It was right on the train platform and the bus station which made it super easy to get to all the tourist spots from the hotel. We also enjoyed the 11am check out time, which allowed us to gather our stuff and eat breakfast before checking out. Room was a bit tight. We were only two people and two suitcases and that felt like too much in the room. We also had nowhere to put our bags because the suit case drop down installed on the wall impeded into the hallway/walking space so it was totally unusable. The hotel also had a strange smell throughout the halls; I chalked that up to it being a relatively new hotel, but still the smell was odd.

• Teck Huat Andre (8/5): Excellent location, but don’t expect too much - I chose the hotel for its location and it did not disappoint - it really opened onto to train station platform, though Interlaken West is not the main station, it is but a 4 min train ride from Interlaken Ost which makes it very convenient. The additional sitting area makes the room spacious and comfortable. Room is also quiet and I did not hear any train or traffic sounds during my stay. There is also a supermarket just across the road. Air conditioning was nice and strong. There is no kettle provided for boiling water, though the hotel provides a hot water dispensing point at the lobby, it is rather inconvenient. They also did not replenish the drinking water in the room after the first night, nor were the tissues in the toilet refilled. Bedroom slippers were provided only on request.

The Hotel location is just Next to the Interlaken West Station, Indian Restaurant, Pizza Restaurant and supermarket. We love the shower. We booked the Family Room for 4 people. The space is just enough for us.

Located pretty much inside the train station (helpful if you are using the trains a lot to move around). The room size is good if you’re solo traveling. Good breakfast options! Rooms are too small. Some essential rooms have no view at all. The staff were not that helpful or kind. They only provide mattresses toppers to convert twin beds to king size (problem is they don’t have enough quantities available).

The fact that it beside the Interlaken West train station is a big bonus on mobility. Having Migros in front of the hotel is super convenient. The breakfast which incorporates some Asian taste is a plus. All is good.

• wendy (9/5): Location and quality accommodation. - The location is fantastic next to the train station for easy access to trains and other places. Anna in the bar was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and modern. We would have liked a fridge and a kettle in the room and long life milk to make coffee and tea without having to go downstairs to access in the bar. We didn’t like the noise of the trains passing in the room constantly at night.

Reservei um quarto conforme as Fotos indicavam (suite Júnior) porém a vista não tinha nada a ver com as fotos divulgadas). Era um estacionamento de mercado. (Nos fundos as montanhas). Pedi para trocar e falaram que essa era categorias e que as fotos são ilustrativas e que nem todos da categoria teriam a mesma vista. Fiquei bem chateada, pois investimos alto e era pra ser o ponto alto da viajem.

• Nadja (9/5): Modernes und zentrales Hotel - sehr empfehlenswert! - Modernes und sauberes Hotel an hervorragender Lage (direkt am Perron Interlaken West und sehr zentral), trotzdem war das Zimmer ruhig und angenehm. Es scheint sehr gut isoliert zu sein. Das Frühstück war super! Man kann auch gut mit dem Auto anreisen, es hat direkt darunter viele grosse Hotelparkplätze. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber optimal eingerichtet und komfortabel.

• Jo Cake (9/5): - Excellent location, right next to Interlaken West train station and bus station. Got a free pass from the hotel for public transport around Interlaken which we used to get to the Caves on the bus. Very easy. We also used the train to go to Interlaken Ost when we couldn't be bothered to walk. We had a wonderful view from our room. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Despite proximity to transport there was no evidence of this in the rooms. Very good breakfast and handy for some food shopping if you don't want to pay the extortionate prices for local restaurants. nothing

• Waleed (5/5): - Good location next to Interlaken West train station The rooms are too small, you could barely walk in the room, no shower gel provided, they put Hand Wash instead, no housekeeping in the evening, we wanted someone to come clean the floor because of the soil tha was stuck under the shoes, and they told us no, until we insisted to have the mop ourselves to do it ourselves, the mop had a very bad smell, towels were small, bed was funny because its actually two twin beds stuck together , its more like a hostel
