Vicky.wavre (9/5): Magnifique endroit pour un séjour au littoral. - La situation face à la mer et la proximité du centre et de toutes ses facilités. Le logement est propre, bien agencé. Le lit est confortable. La salle de bain, petite mais fonctionnelle. Tout est de qualité, j'adore la déco. Les photos représentent tout à fait la réalité ! Contact rapide avec la société Seagusta qui répond rapidement aux questions. Séjour fin février 2026, gros travaux dans un bâtiment à côté. Assez bruyant entre 0700 et 1700 hr. (Pas le week-end) J'ai reçu au minimum 15 mails de Seagusta avant mon séjour... Il faut s'enregistrer, il faut accepter les conditions, signer le règlement. C'est LONG, très long, fastidieux ! Et surtout il faut payer une caution via carte de crédit (300 euros). Sans çà, pas d'accès à l'appartement. Car vous ne louez pas à un particulier mais à une agence qui possède de nombreux biens. Tout est donc automatisé. Vous ne croiserez personne. Si la gestion informatique vous rebute, laissez tomber ! En fin de séjour, vous devrez défaire votre lit vous même, sortir vos poubelles vous même, fermer tous les radiateurs,.... (Vous signez le règlement qui spécifie tout cela. Si vous ne le faites pas, je ne donne pas cher de votre garantie) Je suppose que de cette façon, ils limitent les coûts d'entretien au maximum. Rentabilité ...

Amie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has been recently renovated with high-quality upgrades. It was well equipped and clean. The location, in the center of town with a beach view, is perfect. It's comfortable for two people. There was construction work next door, which made the whole building shake. We could hear a screaming child in the apartment next door.
