- Eduardo (8/5): - A localização e o espaço do apartamento. Cama é duas de solteiros juntas, o que gera um pequeno desconforto, mas não é um grande problema.
- Rina (5/5): とりあえず寝るだけならあり - 街中から近かった、キッチンがあった、 場所が分かりづらい、夜は鍵を3重にかけるほど危ない場所？、オーナーはここにいないのでメッセージのやり取りだけですがチェックイン方法がややこしい、ドアロックの解除が難しい、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機はあるけど使用不可、ソファが汚い、チェックアウトの時間より前に清掃係が来てドアを開けろとしつこくうるさい、部屋まで階段しかないので大きい荷物がある場合は大変
- Marty (8/5): Really nice homely apartment, enjoyed bexable to cook instead of eating out. - Excellent instructions on finding the apartment. Great neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very busy area, but quietened down around 9pm. Entrance door, very hard to open and close. Kitchen cupboards were very high, making it hard to access pots, plates, glasses erc.
- Marzena (9/5): great location next to Rialto bridge - Perfect location next to Rialto bridge. An old authentic house in a narrow old street. No big luggage- no problem.In the apartment everything was ok, hair dryer, cosmetics, towels ecc. The shower head completly inefficient.

Is a bait and switch, not steps away from Rialto bridge, 5 sets of stairs to get to after walking through a disgusting crime riddled area to get to it. Stayed long enough for host to call me back and find another place to stay. Host insisted all of this info was in listing, none of it was. Sent him the screenshots with proof. He asked me to contact booking.com for a refund. I do so, and they deny it. He is a scam artist.
