Couldn't easily get hold of assistance by phone or text.
Wanted proof of ID on day of visit after we'd already arrived and we didn't have any to hand so had to chase up or else we couldn't gain access to property as code was witheld until we did causing stress.
Sofa was propped up by roll of bin bags where left leg should be.
Decor was vomit inducing.
- Rashad (1/5): Apartment was more like a prison in the hot desert. - The apartment was without any ventilation. No air-conditioner was available. No any kind of electric fan was available. When asked to provide any fan, there was no response till check out. It was nightmare to stay in hot and humid environment within the apartment. Very inhuman behavior when no one responded from the property.

- Dylan (1/5): Not great - Nothing The WiFi was not working and when I brought this up with the host he said he got a technician to look into it but never provided WiFi. I was stuck in a location I didn’t know without any internet. Such a lack of communication on the hosts part. Furthermore, the flat was dirty and I found the pictures to be very misleading. There was dust everywhere with markings along the walls all over the place, I honestly would like a refund.

- Olivia (1/5): horrific - nothjng My check in time was 3pm, I got there and the cleaner was carrying dirty sheets saying she's busy cleaning, I was flabbergasted. The shower was cold, no soap, the sofa broke when I sat on it, there were brown stains on the towel, the towels there were soaking wet , there was a bag over the smoke alarm and best of all the wifi didn't work lol

- Isabella (5/5): Passable - Funky bathroom We checked in at 3 o clock, I had to chase on the day for check in instructions as none had been sent. When we arrived a lady turned up & let herself in. We had not been told how to lock the door properly & she was the cleaner who had come to clean. The property knew what time we were checking in so unsure why the cleaner was scheduled to come when we were there. This also made us feel like the property had not been cleaned before we arrived, even more so because there was no toilet roll in the bathroom & the beds weren’t properly made.
- Mark (1/5): Dirty, beds had been slept in, toilet was dirty, towels had been used. Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Really disappoin - The apartment hadn’t been cleaned. The beds had been slept in with hair and left dirt in them both, the towels were used, the toilet was dirty, there was a bag of rubbish left on the floor, dirty dishes were left out, the kitchen, floor and table were all dirty. There was only a garden gate padlock on the door for security.
I messaged the owner through Booking.com but still haven’t had a reply from either.
It was really disappointing considering the money I paid for it.
- Toni (3/5): Uncomfortable and unhappy and unwanted extra guests. - The property was easy to find, and well located for the Hackney Empire and shops. I was unable to check in at 3, even though I’d advised of my arrival time. The property hadn’t been cleaned and I was unable to access it until after 4pm. There were ants in the property and I have also been bitten several times by something in the property. The cold tap in the bathroom did not work at all, and the hot tap had not been fitted properly (it moved to the side when you turned it on) there was no bin in the kitchen. The property advertised that wifi was available and it was not. The communication from the property owner was very poor, the number provided was turned off and I only received the information of where to go and how to access the property shortly before arrival. There were also plastic wrap coverings over some of the lights. If I wasn’t to use the washing machine, I would have been unable to as there was a wash still going when I arrived.
- Christine (10/5): Would book again. - The location was excellent for us very near to the hospital. Modern with nice bathroom and kitchen. I could find how to turn the under kitchen cupboards light off before we left. Sorry.
