• Orkhan (9/5): A 16th century feeling with super-comfortable amenities - The authenticity of the stay. You feel you are in the 16th century apartment with narrow stairs, wood ceiling. The ancient windows open to a spectacular view of the old castle. It felt super cosy and comfortable. The room had a very good air-conditioner, small kitchen, large TV, small but clean and nice bathroom. You could easily make the bathroom floor wet after you shower.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this place in Florence. We've been several times and this room is our favorite. The staff is great at communicating and the location is perfect. Close to everything, yet quiet and cozy.
• Hall (9/5): Awesome time - Perfect location, air conditioning worked well, comfy beds. They came in every day to make bed, clean bathroom and provide fresh towels. That was awesome Difficult to get a cab so would recommend calling a private car to bring to and from train station

• Betty (6/5): Overall, the apartment was in a good location. - Good Location. Very small bathroom, smaller than what's shown on the photos. Shower door was not installed properly causing excessive water leakage when taking showers. Toilet too close to sink (causing issues using the toilet). Hot water tank needs improvement, can't take shower back to back, had to wait at least 2 hrs. Issues with TV, cigarette smoke coming in from the stairway. No communication if drinks in the fridge were complimentary or not. Host only respond to text, no phone calls, not very friendly, had lack of knowledge where the host had to contact other colleagues.

• Karla (8/5): Very good - The roome was amazing, so large, and the view was incredible. The location was perfect, you can walk everywhere in Florence. The host also left fresh water and soft drinks daily, which was a lovely added bonus. The cleaner didn't replace the toilet paper, so luckily, I had tissues to get us through our last night.
• Jill (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were very clean and tidy, very high spec bathroom, massive bed with the most gorgeous pillows, plus a really good size t.v. Easy to find using google maps. Lots of drink for us in the fridge including 2 bottles of becks, very much needed after the journey, opening the shutters and windows watching people milling around the square and listening to people having fun in the restaurant below. We were central to everything..top tip..if you want a can of coke etc go to shops down the side streets, we paid 8€ for 2 cokes in the square, its 70 cents in the side street shops. The owners were easy to get hold of and always reply quickly if you need anything. The perfect hosts. There was not much we didnt like to be honest, if I had to pick something it would be the odd drunk person walking past singing late at night, but hey they are enjoying their holiday too.

Brand new cleans and modern apartment next to a Michelin star restaurant and a couple blocks from San Lorenzo Plaza. The staff were more than efficient replaying questions trough WhatsApp and cleaning the property in the afternoons. Don't hesitate and book it.
