• Ula (9/5): Mediolan daje wytchnienie, Werona pobudza wyobraźnię - Lokalizacja świetna. Tętni życiem, a jednocześnie wyjątkowo cicha. Atrakcyjna względem knajpek, sklepów, lodziarni. Doskonale skomunikowana z linią tramwajową , zwłaszcza zabytkową 🥹. No i oczywiście szybkie dojście na dworzec. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni 😊 Przydałyby się ręczniki na pustym stojaku w strefie kuchennej, czy choćby ścierka, odrobina przypraw, no i 4 kapsułki kawy na 2 osoby i trzy dni - trochę skromnie… chyba, że to pakiecik powitalny. Naczynia, garnki, patelnie w komodzie pod TV mało mobilne.

• Kauffmann (9/5): Séjour agréable, appartement propre et spacieux - Le logement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Bien situé, 15min à pieds de la gare. À environ 30 min (à pieds) du centre de Milan. Isolation sonore assez faible, et chasse d’eau pas assez puissante

• Mirko (10/5): Soggiorno pratico con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Struttura a Milano centro, facilmente raggiungibile con taxi. A parte qualche intoppo iniziale, con i proprietari super disponibilissimi via whatsapp in maniera molto celere, il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Zona tranquilla, senza rumori molesti. Connessione internet disponibile con allaccio a (vera) fibra ottica quindi ottima per chi ha esigenza di dover anche lavorare in remote working. Per il resto appartamento pulito, tutto in ordine incluso i vari elettrodomestici e riscaldamento super funzionante. Ci tornerò alla prossima visita.
• Andjela (9/5): - The location was great. The apartment has great heating and a good bed. Large apartment with internet. The people who were in the apartment next to us accidentally unlocked our apartment with their key. It's not okay if you're not in the apartment, no one guarantees your belongings. The key box didn't open, but the guy from the agency quickly came and fixed it.

• jakub (9/5): we had a wonderful stay - The location was perfect with a lovely view. It was 20 min walk to the centre and 5 min walk to the shop. The apartment is really nice and had most of the things we needed. It was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a bit difficult to find the lockbox at first, and we didn’t receive a response from the host for a long time regarding check-out. Also, the air conditioning was tricky to turn on and didn’t always work properly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

• Daniela Andreea (8/5): A well-located apartment with potential, but it needs better cleaning and maintenance. - The apartment was spacious, close to the train station, public transport, and restaurants, and it had good facilities. The cleanliness was disappointing. We found dust and dirt, even under the bed. The shower cabin was old, rusty, dirty, and partly broken.

• Martsinkovskaya (8/5): Милан и Дуомо всегда прекрасны - Расположение неплохое, но, к сожалению, сам район изменился в худшую сторону. Теперь явно стал лучше район в новом городе, он отстраивается и даже магазины там теперь лучше. Здесь даже продуктовый магазин закрылся. Грязно!
• Kilpatrick (8/5): Super place in a fantastic location - Location was amazing - 10/12 min walk from the central station and a lovely walk through the park to the centre of Milan. Super responsive host/company with linen to make up the sofa bed for my 16 year old daughter (I had asked for this but I think the message got missed). Aircon was fantastic and we were very grateful. We were only there 4 nights so didn’t cook but wouldn’t have wanted to as the kitchen was tiny and there weren’t a lot of cooking things. The bathroom could do with a bit of attention as one sink plug was missing and the other sink plug was blocked though someone came out quickly to try to fix it. The shower isn’t great and the door doesn’t shut well but it was fine for us.

• Chris (6/5): Pleasant stay - with potential to be a great short term accommodation, but needs sort out niggles. - Location was fine, did what I required with a lift to get up to the top floor. Good decor and furnished well, a modern but homely finish. Bed was comfortable, complemented by having air conditioning in the bedroom and main living area. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom and a large bathroom. Furthermore, a prompt response to the request for an invoice. There was barely any kitchen items besides some cutlery, the only glasses where champagne flutes, and one large plate. I had to wait for about 15 minutes to get let in on the front buzzer, as there no answer as per the instructions - similar to other reviews. Consequently, numerous messages and calls to phone numbers found online despite arriving within the time originally stated. The air-conditioning also kept turning off due to a timer being set on the devices and during hot weather this meant sleep was poor, you can probably change the timer functionality but I couldn't get it to work as desired. TV was also locked in Italian so unable to change.

The checkout process should be simpler. Put some WD 40 on the door lock mechanism.

• Elena (4/5): Disappointing - A very promising flat! Great location (I always live in this area and it's like a second home for me), close to the park, supermarket, train station 10 minutes walk, and there are great restaurants! We didn't see the owner of the apartment, so it's hard to estimate. Unfortunately we had to rewash everything in the kitchen, the dishes were all smudged and the worktop and hob were all greasy. The light bulbs in the toilet and kitchen were out of order and there were long black hairs all over the flat. The bidet did not work, the shower cubicle was disgusting when you look at the tray. The dryer in the bathroom is not describable at all. The flowers are all dried up. I think the owners of the apartments either have not visited and checked the cleaning work for a long time, or this is the norm for them. It is very difficult to approach the box to get the keys, there are bags of rubbish standing/lying there. It is possible to move these boxes to a more comfortable and clean place. I haven't described so many negative things in a long time, but these are all facts! If all of this was fixed it would be a 9-10 score. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

• Sara (6/5): Great location, in a good area but price vis facilities not great, will stay in a hotel next time - the location is great and the aircon the plumbing and internet did not work, and the water in the sink came back up and was terribly smelly, tea towels or paper towels to clean up the bathroom and shower were not much better. • Timothy (10/5): Great value for the price--central location - Excellent central location. Easy walk (10 minutes) to Milano Centrale for day trips outside of Milan. Great space for a three-person stay (with my wife & daughter). Several places to buy groceries close by. I would definitely stay there again. An electric kettle would have been nice, but it was fine without one (I'm the crazy one in Italy who drinks tea and not coffee). Sorting the trash & recycling into many groups was a little complicated; I hope we did it all correctly!

• Igor (9/5): Superb - Great studio with a bedroom. Comfortable bed. Clean. A little noisy outside the window at night. The rental agency is good. Sent instructions to sign in. I didn't immediately find the secret lock, but there's a catch to it. When we checked out we were allowed to stay for a couple of hours and leave our suitcases in the apartment while we settled our affairs. But, when we returned to the apartment to get our suitcases, we didn't find our bottle of Prosecco that we specifically left in the fridge, the agency said that the cleaning lady throws all the stuff out of the fridge. This is a strange moment, the cleaner saw that there were other people's things in the apartment and that the guests would come back. This is the only unpleasant moment soundproofing
