Jean (3/5): Very dissapointing and mislead. - Location Total misrepresentation of property as the photos do not reflect the true state of the apartment. It appears as if it is now student accommodation instead of the pictures depicting a nice clean and comfortable apartment. There were many issues in respect of cleanliness, bad odors, functionality, uncomfortable beds and maintenance. The kitchen was filthy and not properly stocked. I would never have booked it if the true situation was displayed. My family and I were excited to leave.
