• Agota (1/5): Avoid this accomodation and host! Terrible experience - The apartment was not the one presented in the images. I have booked for 4 persons, the room had one bed and a sofa, which was not extendable. The sheets were not changed, the shower tap did not function. The host did not answer on phone, Whatsapp or on booking messages. We have reached out to customer support, but they could not get in touch with the host neighter. We had to book another apartment. Although we have requested a refund, haven't gotten one. Avoid this accomodation and host!

• Corine (3/5): Deceiving stay - Tram just downstairs. The bed was all right. There was missing towels and pillow on our arrival which we received the next day. The appartment does not correspond to the photos of the site booking. Being a family of 4 we expected to find the bedroom separated from the living room as in the photos, but we had everything bed and sofa bed in the same room. It was not very convenient if we wanted to let the children sleep first and enjoy the evening between adults. On opening the front door we were assaulted with a pungent smell coming from the bathroom. Said bathroom was small and very dirty, without any air outlet. We had to leave the front door open to let moisture out after our shower. Overall, the appartment was not very clean, but the bathroom was the real dark spot. Despite several complaints to the host that the appartment does not correspond to the photos, he refused to acknowledge that the photos adverted were misleading. The wall separating the appartment from the corridor of the common space is made of glass. Whenever the light was switched on outside by the neighbours, it was as if the lights were inside the appartment. The host was polite but we did not receive relevant information, always refering waiting answer from his manager. Maybe the theoretical photos correspond to booking 3 star, but the appartment we got is not up to the standard.
• Spyridonos (1/5): It is not recommended for a family - Nothing 😞 The bed sheets and towels were not clean and fresh, the sofa-bed was broken, the bathroom had a bad smell. Second floor with terribly dirty entrance.
• Girish (3/5): Dirty bathroom, broken taps, dirty staircases. Only positive point was location - Location No elevator, you have to carry luggage to second floor
• Fotini (4/5): We had significant difficulties with our accommodation because they put us in a different apartment than the one we had - The location was great. The main reason we didn't like the accommodation was because it was dirty, especially the toilet. However, they gave us a different apartment than the one we booked. Our stay was for 4 days and on the third day they took us to the right apartment. Also in the description of the accommodation they said that there was a fully equipped kitchen but they didn't have a fridge (we went in June, we couldn't have cold water).
