• Lesley (7/5): Great location close to amenities but apartment furniture is old - Perfect location, close to lots of yummy food areas, train station, grocery shops, and entertainment. Cons: - Having to pick up the key from a different location and having to provide a code that we didn’t have -We picked this particular location as it was advertised to have a pool yet our pass did not work for level 7 where the pool is located. - Bed was uncomfortable, mattress springy and outdated - Pillows old and soft - Not enough bedding provided even though we booked for 2 adults and 2 children. The kids had to sleep with doonas without covers on them - Only 3 towels provided for 4 people - Middle blind completely fell down in the lounge as soon as we arrived meaning it had to be open for the entire duration of our stay. Kids had to sleep in the lounge as the other pull out bed was too small so this was frustrating - the grout was dirty is the shower.

• Nikita (9/5): Superb - Loved the location!! Clean and spacious room. Had all the amenities plus more. If stayed longer the cookware would've been perfect to cook meals at the hotel. Pool/sauna was amazing, would definitely come back. No concierge, so it was a little tricky checking in and getting in contact with staff. But overall, it was a good experience, and when staff did call back, they were very helpful and efficient. Bed was also not the comfiest but good for a few nights.

• Benjamin (2/5): Very poor - pool and location great arrived place hadn't been cleaned.. even to the extent of underwear label on bedside table. carpets are absolutely filthy stains all over them. bed most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on lounge/sofa no better. not enough bed linen for booking...the place was a joke to be honest
• Emma (4/5): Disappointing - Can't fault the location. The apartment was disgusting, bins were full, floor was covered in black hair and dirt. Bed & sofa beds were so uncomfortable. Says we had access to the pool, sauna etc but the fob key didn't let us go to that level. Messaged the host and no reply. Would be beneficial to have 2 keys. I won't book again.

• Jonathan (10/5): It was amazing - It was smack in the cbd and everything was accessible. The host made sure that our stay was comfortable. The pool, spa and sauna was soo useful for us. There was only one key for all four of us.

• Christy (8/5): Great apartment and location - The apt was cleanand nicely set up with two extra fold out sofa beds. The washer/drier was a huge help. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Unloading a family of luggage with the limited places to temporarily park took preplanning. We could have done with a few more sheets but made due. I notified the owner who was very responsive so this should hopefully be resolved for future guests.

Really liked the facilities, they had plenty of blankets, pillows dinnerware to accomodate. Really enjoyed the facilities, pools and spa steam room were so good. Also the location and price. The hosts were friendly and so easy to contact. Sofa beds also worked out well too. Good use of space and great for the kids. View was awesome! Would definitely stay here again. Could do with some wall cleaning and carpet clean. But doesn’t affect use my kids didn’t care about it they were stoked with the view and facilities

• Leah (7/5): Great apartment, not enough linen!! - Location and swimming pool were fantastic! This was our second stay, both times we booked for 5 guests and on arrival there were only 3 towels and only enough bed linen for two beds… I emailed and requested more towels and linen and got no response! The kids had to sleep under doonas with no covers on them as we used a cover as a bottom sheet on the sofa bed! We thought it was a mistake the first time we stayed but it seems they just don’t provide enough!

• Jack (8/5): It was close to transport and at a good location. - Across from the train station. Short walk to Dockland and Marvel Stadium. Tram station next to property. Property was nice and clean. Problem with wifi. Netflix wasn't working for the kids The bed was way past the used by date, it was very uncomfortable.

• Karma (1/5): Disappointing - My recent experience with this apartment was disappointing. Upon check-in at 3 pm, the room was not cleaned, which was frustrating after a tiring day. Up on contacting the provided number, the cleaner arrived nearly half an hour later, despite claiming to be only six minutes away. Additionally, while attempting to use the advertised facilities such as the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym, the key provided did not work on that level. Upon inquiry at the reception, we were informed that these facilities were only accessible to residents, not Airbnb guests. Despite contacting the service number, there was no resolution or response after multiple attempts, leaving us unsatisfied with the overall experience.

• Liz (5/5): Won't stay there again 😏 - Easy location to where we needed to go the pool was awesome Ok we were meant to check in at 3 pm however it wasn't until 5.15pm so we were hanging around with our bags on the street, some kind people got the keys in the end off the cleaner who was still cleaning at 5.30 we were tired and irritable by this stage , constantly ringing the host I actually thought I might of been scammed just badly organised by the host i guess, the mattresses were very uncomfortable

• Wills (10/5): Amazing vacation - The location was perfect. Public transport right at the front door. The pool,spas,steam room and sauna was an extra bonus. Views were amazing. Would highly recommend The bed wasn't the most comfortable. This was a minor thing considering everything else was amazing.

• Josef (10/5): Great Gym/wellness/spa, great place to stay - Great location, massive gym and Spa/ wellness, Nice view. Good coffee at Mövenpick Hotel downstairs. Everything you need in this area, restaurants, shops, public transport. Got a really good offer. Would come again Bed is very small. I'm 1,90 m. Was a bit small for me.
