Nick (9/5): - Perfect location, close to tube, shops & pubs/restaurants but quiet. Rooftop terrace with great view across to London. Apartment is plenty big enough for 2 people and very well laid out to make best use of space. No wine glasses (but tastes the same out of a tumbler tbh!) Guest pre-authorisation was a slight annoyance but easy enough.

Stephanie (9/5): Cosy apartment in beautiful, convenient location - It’s a lovely, cosy and quiet flat in a fantastic location! To be so close to Hampstead high street, the tube and Hampstead Heath is a dream. The check-in and out process was easy, the flat was very clean and comfortable, and there was a lovely welcome card & treat when we arrived :) thank you! There isn’t much crockery, but for a short stay it was fine.

Max (9/5): - Great location, very clean well kept check in instructions were sent vis SMS but US phones can't get messages in Europe so I never got them. I had to call customer service who were very helpful.
Wayne (7/5): great location and generally a nice flat but spoilt by dirty kitchen, pots and cutlery which dampened our stay. The res - Fantastic location The hot water tap in the kitchen did not work. This was reported on the first day of our 7 night stay. A maintenance man was sent on our last day which was too late and he could not fix it anyway. Furthermore the pots and cutlery were filthy and we could not wash them as there was no hot water. Therefore we could not use the kitchen for cooking and had to eat out every night. In general the kitchen was not very clean.
