• Claude (1/5): Appartement a fuir - L emplacement Tout, literie ou les ressorts sont apparent. Dangereux :des agrafes sur les lits superposés du dessus,on les a vu quand une de mes petites filles s'est égratigner la tête en se relevant.on avais les pieds dans l eau dans la salle de bain en continu et pour finir une odeur nauséabonde en permanence.

• Cristina (2/5): Menudo zulo!!! - Ubicación Lo único positivo de este alojamiento es su ubicación en el centro de Londres. Todo lo demás fue una mala experiencia. La entrada, las escaleras y el estado general del apartamento son pésimos. Éramos seis personas y solo disponíamos de un baño pequeño (un retrete y una ducha), lo cual es totalmente insuficiente. Dormir fue una pesadilla: cuatro de los colchones eran insoportables porque se te clavaban los muelles en todo el cuerpo, y los otros dos eran duros como una piedra. Además, la habitación era muy pequeña, la ventana no se podía abrir para ventilar y el único extractor que había tenía los filtros llenos de suciedad y apenas movía aire. Para rematar, el lavabo del baño tenía una fuga de agua. Es un alojamiento demasiado caro para la nula calidad que ofrece. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Nathalie (2/5): Emplacement bon c’est la seule chose. - L’emplacement Appartement sale, lits sales et malgré plusieurs demandes et relances pas de changement sur le linge de lit sur un séjour qui a duré 6 nuits (hormis 1h de plus pour le départ le vendredi matin, 11h au lieu de 10h). Literie très mauvaise, pas possible de cuisiner dans la cuisine, pas de casserole, 1 fourchette pour 6 personnes… prévoir des bouchons d’oreille lieu très bruyant
• Rosa (4/5): Carencias - La ubicación El somier de la cama estaba roto y uno de los nórdicos estaba sucio con una mancha que parecía ser pis.No hay apenas luz en el apartamento, y los colchones tienen muchos años, los muelles de te clavan , las almohadas son planas, no hay ventanas, la tele no funciona, en el baño tampoco hay luz, el wifi tampoco funciona. Una de las personas que viaja tenía que hablar por teléfono , y lo regañaran, al día siguiente, había unos 14 niños, comiendo y bebiendo en las escaleras, que dejaron la mierda tirada por ahí…..Yo creo que es inaceptable pagar este precio por este apartamento.

• Hassan (2/5): Niet perse heel fijn. Het enige fijne was dat het goed gelegen lag. - Dat het goed gelegen lag. Het viel tegen dat er geen koelkast was. Op de afbeelding stond wel een televisie maar dit deed het niet.

• Linda (3/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie was top. Gelegen dicht bij vele bezienswaardigheden, winkels en eetgelegenheden. De matrassen van alle bedden waren flink doorgezakt. Je voelt letterlijk de veren van het matras en dit ligt zeer oncomfortabel. Ook de bedden zelf zijn wiebelig. Ik heb voor ons verblijf contact met de beheerder opgenomen hierover en die verzekerde mij dat alles in orde was. Dit was niet het geval. Na weer contact opgenomen te hebben werd er gezegd dat er een formele klacht was ingediend waarop ik nooit meer een reactie heb gehoord. In deze accommodatie kan geen raam open waardoor je niet niet goed kunt ventileren. Het slot van de deur zat niet goed vast, als je een trap tegen de deur zou geven zou hij open zijn. Ook de badkamer was verouderd en vertoonde gebreken.

• linda (7/5): - Location was so so close to everything. Beds were comfy. Didn't like the strong smell of bleach it was so strong we had to leave on many occasions. Windows didnt open so that didnt help.

• simon (9/5): Really clean and location very good. Again, host was very welcoming (via email) - Location and space. Very easy to access and instructions from host were spot on. I also liked the 'keeping in touch emails' Just a tiny point. A small table and chairs to eat a meal would be good
• fanny (5/5): bon emplacement mais mal équipé - l'emplacement dans Londres et grand logement. Appartement très mal équipé. Pas de table pour manger, ni de bureau, seulement 3 tabourets. Pas de réfrigérateur. Très peu de vaisselle et en mauvais état. La lumière dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne que rarement. Les matelas sont très très inconfortables et n'ont pas d'alèse. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
• Maria Remedios (5/5): Bien ubicado pero es una ratonera - La ubicación es genial,en todo el centro. La única ventana que tiene, no se puede abrir para ventilar,huele bastante a humedad. En una sola habitación esta todo,las camas,la cocina, el fregadero, la basura.. El baño tampoco tiene ventilación y se derrama el agua de la ducha.

• Jackelyn (9/5): Overall very good. Location is perfect for leisure and work - Check in/out is easy. Centrally located. Staff messages daily to ask if with concerns. Electric fan not enough if its really warm. Provide at least a small dining table. Carpet of stairs needs cleaning or change?

Dichtbij metro en bussen Afwerking van badkamer, losse tegels en los zittende kraan Geur, badkamer stinkt. Geen mogelijkheid te luchten door t ontbreken van ramen die open kunnen. Bedden zijn matig, hoogslaper is beschadigd met risico dat iemand die zwaarder is er doorheen kan zakken

• Kyle (3/5): Was ok for somewhere to sleep for the short time we were there but I wouldn’t what to stay there again. - Had a good sleep beds were comfortable When we arrived we tried ringing the number that we had for help to get into the room as we had getting the wrong into in our email but they wouldn’t answer the phone they would only message back, tv and microwave didn’t work and shower was hanging off the wall and Foisty smell in bathroom.

• Zoe (8/5): Great stay and easy to get to & great fir a group of friends that want to enjoy night life - We liked it was right in the middle of everything great. And easy to get to. It’s great if your a bunch of friends that need somewhere to sleep safely. Cleaners need to clean properly. I think the owner didn’t know but we spoke so they will keep on top with the naughty cleaners. Didn’t put us off as it’s great value furniture where you are.

• Katja (7/5): Good place if you only sleep there and need cheap apartment in the best location. - The location is excellent. We didnt use public transport at all. Walked all distances to every sight seeing. Despite minuses I would still choose the apartment for its reasonable price (we were family of 5) and location, but only if there was fridge. We looked for apartment with kitchen, and no fridge = no kitchen. No fridge, no TV (it is, but not working). THE SMELL! It was horrible. Sleeping with air condition on all night with the heavy noice. Otherwise we didnt have fresh air at all.
• Rosalyn (7/5): Best location, food, train stations, and bus stations you can never go wrong! - location There is a very strong smell since you cant really open the window..maybe suggest a stronger exhaust? If that smell goes away! it will be perfect! ☺️
• Justin (4/5): Great location but the less time we stayed - The location. The lack of facilities in the kitchen, there was a microwave to cook food but no fridge to keep food and drinks cold. The drain in the shower gave off a terrible smell to the point that we didn’t want to use the shower because of it. We did not see a single staff member during our visit and when we responded to a message received it took almost 12 hours to receive a response.

• Mary (7/5): Unbelievable location for going to the theatre and eating delicious food in Soho. - Location couldn’t have been better. Could do with a fridge, WiFi and a working TV.
• Keshia (6/5): Handy location - Great location for us doing a theatre trip. Short walk to Covent garden and Leicester square. Like having a key pad so no risk of losing the key and group can separate and not have to worry about waiting for someone else to get in. Handy to have kitchenette, although we didn't use this time Very soft mattresses and we didn't use the top bunks as they didn't seem very sturdy. You do get a lot of street noise but that is down to the location and if you need darkness to sleep I'd suggest bringing an eye mask as the curtains let a lot of light through. Couldnt get the TV to work
