Staff gentilissimo, una menzione particolare a yunus che è riuscito a farci avere i soldi indietro dopo una truffa subita ( diffidate dai transfert collegati ai ristoranti!). Inoltre, appena ha saputo che eravamo lì per un compleanno, di sua spontanea volontà ha fatto uscire una fettina di torta con le candeline con la canzoncina di buon compleanno di accompagnamentp durante una colazione. Meraviglioso! Veramente una persona fantastica! Anche tutti gli altri membri dello staff sono stati sempre gentili e accoglienti! Struttura molto pulita e pulizia della camera impeccabile! Consigliatissimo

• ANA (10/5): Hotel ideal para tu estancia en Estambul - El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable para visitar Estambul, junto a los principales monumentos y a 5 mn a pie del Gran Bazar. La parada del tranvía está prácticamente en la puerta del hotel. Habitaciones espaciosas (habitación triple, perfecta) cómodas y con todas las amenities. El personal muy amable y servicial, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos. Hago especial mención a EMRAH en recepción, que habla español, y a SEYDA, responsable de atención al cliente, ambos encantadores. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. El desayuno podría mejorar, en particular los zumos.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Istanbul as it is in a great location in historic centre and very convenient to all historic attractions and tram line. Hot breakfast selection could be better.

Рамвая В стандартных номерах туалет и душевая не сделаны как отдельная комната, второй человек слышит что происходит в туалете и это очень не удобно, так как и душевая такая утром звук воды будит и приносит дискомфорт. Так де раковина тоже находиться прямо при входе в номер
• Ligita (7/5): Normal - In the city center, with easy access to major attractions and convenient public transportation (tram). 1. The first night it was impossible to sleep because the air conditioner was blowing hot air instead of cold. As we later found out, the temperature control was centralized. The issue was eventually fixed, but the first night was terrible. 2. We were told that breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00, so we специально booked our airport transfer for 7:20. However, we were refused even a simple coffee and croissant, with the explanation that breakfast starts only after 7:15, despite the fact that the coffee and croissants were already available. This was very surprising and disappointing.

• RimeAtho (9/5): Comfortable stay in Istanbul - The staff really works hard in their work, especially Zeyda (coordinator who takes care of everything) and Šahin (receptionist). They are very friendly and make the hotel better. The breakfast is excellent. The location, in my opinion, is the best in Istanbul. The rooms are comfortable. The sink is in the room. It's not a flaw, but I don't like it. Separating the toilet and shower cabin is fine.
• Ghislain (10/5): Sinceramente, andato oltre le spettative - L'accoglienze di tutto lo staff, specialmente il personale addetto alla collazione. La proposta di servizi aggiuntivi già prima che arrivassi (come la trasferta o la possibilità di prenotare una guida turistica). Il ristorante rooftop con una vista incredibile. La camera spaziosa e molto accogliente. La colazione variata e abbondante che poi varia d'un giorno all'altro. E poi, che dire? la posizione è incredibile: esattamente 5 minuti a piede del grand bazar come di sultanahmet, e (non lo sapevo), il tram proprio sotto l'albergo che porta fino a Dolmabahce (e anche i ferry, Galata, etc). Forse il rumore, però c'é poco da fare (tram che passa giusto sotto, i tassisti con l'abitudine di abusare del claxon, la polizia con la sirena... e poi, ahimè, anche l'iman che chiama alla preghiera un'ora prima dell'alba). Poi, sultanahmet è una zona turistica, mettetevi l'anima in pace, i ristoranti sono tutti carissimi.

• Rabia (9/5): Very comfortable and amazing location - I stayed at this hotel with my friend and we had such a lovely experience. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after, which made us feel really comfortable throughout our stay. The manager, Seyda, was especially kind and welcoming, she even let us try traditional Turkish coffee at breakfast, which was such a nice touch and made the experience feel more personal. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

However, I decided to give it another chance after the renovation, and I’m very glad I did. The hotel has significantly improved in all aspects, with upgraded facilities and a much better breakfast. Most importantly, the staff is now very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Seyda ikiz for her excellent service and professionalism. This time, my stay was truly enjoyable.

• Neville (9/5): Comfortable hotel with excellent staff in the heart of Istanbul - The location of the hotel is very close to the main historical attractions in Sultanahmet area - only short walk from Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. The hotel itself is comfortable, and we enjoyed the variation in the daily breakfast. The hotel also boasts a very trendy restaurant and rooftop lounge. What was exceptional from the minute we stepped in was the level of attention that was shown by all the staff - including reception and guest services. Seyda was particularly kind and helpful. Limited closet space in the room. Otherwise no issues.

• David (10/5): Short phrase: we would come back 100% - Is the the best location you can find, just short walking distance to Blue Mezquite, Hagia Sophia and Gran Bazaar. The Tram is infront of the hotel, so easy to just take it, we were with my 82 yr old mother in law and it was the best for her. The rooms are new, beautiful, super clean and best bed sheets ever! Hotel staff is ovearly attentive, all of them. And best: an incredible breakfast! I would 100% recommend staying here. nothing to mention. Perhaps the lobby needs a bit of remodeling compared to photos, the rest of the hotel is great.

• Guadalupe (6/5): - El hotel esta en una muy buena zona y segura, el desayuno muy bueno y la mayoría del staff fueron muy amables Las habitaciones son muy incomodas y pequeñas, el baño es rarísimo, no tiene puerta es una puerta de vidrio que no se cierra bien por lo que salía agua de la ducha a la habitación es como que no esta dividido de la habitación. Por otro lado en el staff habia especificamente un chico que fue muy poco amable, era falso me dijo que no exagere problemas cuando se habían metido en mi habitación en horarios no de limpieza, ademas de esto fue a hablarle a un familiar mío fuera del hotel porque sabia que yo estaba disconforme para decirle como que me convezca de no ponerle una mala review me pareció super irrespetuoso de su parte

It’s getting a bit long in the tooth and would benefit from a cosmetic renovation. For example, caulking repairs to our shower (obviously done multiple times) were sloppy and hodgepodge. Lucite railings in the lobby give a dated 1970s feeling. Despite this, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel.

Außerdem super netter WhatsApp Kontakt vor Anreise mit Hilfe für alle Belangen (Flughafentransfer, besondere Wünsche usw.). Bei allen Angelegenheiten vor Ort erhielt man stets exzellente Hilfe und Empfehlungen (z.B. Stadtplan, Touren, Aktivitäten...).

Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They even upgraded my room to a very comfy double bed alongside a single cus of children. Our bellboy actually walked with us to show where the closest grocery store was for milk and stuff. Staff at the desk also very appropriately advised me about attractions and commute. Breakfast was great with good variety especially turkish tea!
