• Oskar (10/5): We stayed a week and we had no problems. We saw Yong once and he was happy and kind host. - Location was really good. Buses 8 and 388 took straight to centre. Bus stops were really close. Shops and food is downstairs.
• Bensaidi (8/5): - Le séjour c'est bien passé, le seul problème c'est que j avais une heure d'arrivée pour réceptionner les clés mais finalement une fois sur place l appartement n était pas prêt. J'ai donc dû payer un taxi aller retour vers le centre ville en attendant que le logement soit vacant. Payer un taxi uniquement parce que l heure pour récupérer a changer.

• Alice (9/5): Très chouette endroit, bien situé pour sillonner la ville dans tous les sens ! - L'appartement est conforme à la description, assez facile d'accès en transports en commun, dans un quartier assez vivant et agréable. Yong est très sympa et réactif. L'appartement est peu isolé du bruit de la rue, prévoir des boules quies pour dormir.

• FranckM73 (8/5): Très agréable, quoiqu'un peu bruyant - Appartement agréable et super bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Nous n'avons pas croisé notre hôte, mais il a toujours été très réactif et très agréable via la messagerie. Le quartier est cosmopolite, avec de nombreux commerces autours. Nous nous y sommes sentis à l'aise. Les lignes de bus juste devant l'appartement permettent de rejoindre les autres quartiers de Londres très facilement. Nous avons été très satisfaits globalement. Le seul défaut du lieu est qu'il est bruyant, y compris la nuit. C'est dû à la rue, qui est très passante (heureusement qu'on pouvait dormir les fenêtres fermées, car il ne faisait pas trop chaud), mais aussi à des bruits venant du bâtiment lui-même, sous la forme d'un vrombissement à intervalle régulier qu'on a attribué au restaurant au-dessous, sans en être tout à fait sûr. Ça reste un niveau de bruit supportable, mais il vaut mieux éviter si vous craignez le bruit.
• Nikola (10/5): Yong is a great host and the apartment is located only a couple of minutes on the bus from the city centre. I would high - We had a great stay. The apartment has everything that you need and the little touches added from Yong were brilliant. Nothing we didn’t like. The street outside of the apartment can get quite loud but nothing that wouldn’t be expected.

• Martin (7/5): Noisy but good facilities - A wide number of facilities. Good location for shops and transport Noisy location - we stayed on a Saturday night, it was warm so we needed the windows open. There is no Aircon. We didn't sleep well because of this.

The apartment is in a nightlife area and the neigigbours in the next apartment looked like junkies, they invited my son to go into it and at night and they made a lot of noise. The apartment doesn't have A.C. , only fans.

• Alexey (9/5): Superb - Great apartment. We stayed just 1 night, but everything was excellent. Easy check-in and -out, with very clear instructions from the host, who is very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need, including a modern coffee machine, although it looked like most of the provided capsules were decaf, but we had enough of those we needed, also there are lots of cereals, tea, sugar, and even the fresh milk and bread provided. The flat is fully equipped with everything needed and the photos provided on this site give correct impression of what to expect. The street is quite busy, so there could be some noise, but it wasn't a problem in our case.

• Kerry (7/5): Good host communication, clean enough - ok for a one night (get your head down) base - Great communication with host Location and free parking permit - needed to give reg info upfront to park Hall stairway leading up to accommodation felt like someone was staying in the stairway, as lots of belonging stored there. Clean enough standard in the accommodation though just not great quality finish. The single beds were very small in length not best at all for people who are over 5.10 in height.

• Michelle (8/5): Would stay here again. - Great location, spacious for solo traveler, or up to 2-3 people, breakfast “home like” touches, and ample extras for comfort (pillows, blankets, etc) Small details such as: thin walls/can hear neighbors chatting or doing hardware work, shower water pressure low.

The flat has everything you need for one or 2 nights stay, he even provides continental breakfast and a Nespresso coffee machine, which is a nice touch. The flat is very comfortable and cosy. I would choose it again as it's a very good value for money, considering we are in central London. The flat needs a bit of TLC, F A fresh coat of paint all around and a deep clean throughout, you can see that in the corners and under the furniture hasn't been swept for a while. The windows need better noise insulation. The downstairs entrance could have been better looked after.

• L (10/5): Wonderful place! - This apartment was so well-equipped - the host had thought of everything! The living room has a sofa bed and is a separate room, which is really useful when travelling with people who would prefer a room to themselves. I loved the location, too - it was a lively area with a variety of places to buy food. It was walking distance from Bethnal Green tube and Whitechapel tube, and also close to Brick Lane and Columbia Flower Market.

Thank you! - Fresh linen and towels, very fast free WiFi, conveniently located (supermarket, pharmacy, public transportation, bakery, cafés). Yong is a friendly and helpful host. The apartment could use some renovation (in particular bathroom, staircase) to feel perfectly comfortable. The central location causes some noise issues (street traffic, rumbling of underground trains), ok with ear plugs.

This property was chosen for our required location and it fit the bill perfectly Could perhaps do with a little TLC, but this did not detract from the convenience and satisfaction for our stay.

• Anton (9/5): This is a great place for a family to stay near the centre of London - The place was in a convenient location, clean, with everything a family would need no mater if they stay in for dining or go out. There are also convenient stores very near by. We had a stroller and it was a little hassle to get it in the door and up the stairs but it was worth it.

Exceptional facilities throughout including fans, tvs, Amazon fire sticks in all bedroom and living room area :) Host was efficient with replies in terms or sorting parking for car and was exceptional hospitable delivering fresh milk and bread to the property when we arrived. Would highly recommend and would definitely use in the future for trips in central London. N/A

• Karin (7/5): Ok, but not suitable for a relaxed stay - In general ok, it is located in an artistic and vibrant area. The apartment itself is fine. Shower was not in best shape and it was not over-cleaned. We booked with breakfast. Someone knocked the door in the morning and handed over a bottle of milk and a bag of toast bread. We found some leftovers from other guests in the fringe. Such as Butter, Open bottle of orange juice aso. Not a nice experience! So…. We went to the store every morning to buy our breakfast. The area seems to be a hang-out area for kids that drive their cars up and down with loud music on during the night. Bring ear plugs!

• Chanelle (7/5): Overall good place for the price. - Good location for young people, near the market and vintage shops. Good price for the place too! Kind neighbours and host. We arrived at 3pm but the owner did not pick up the calls to give us the code, we received the code an hour later. Luckily the neighbour was there to let us in so not too bad. Also its fairly loud due to the roads and shops.

• Clara (8/5): Overall very good experience. Would stay again. - Everything was good even exceeded my expectations, breakfast was provided, has a lot of plates and cutlery. Locations was good and bathroom was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. And the sofa bed turned into a double bed. The single beds were not the most comfortable, and checking in was a bit complicated. I think the host forgot to email us the code of the lock box where the key was, so a neighbor had to let us in. Which wasn’t an issue other than this no complaints.
