- Nataliia (10/5): - A quiet, peaceful place, the location is excellent, there are shops, cafes and everything you need nearby, access to a clean beach, a swimming pool, the first line, in the room there is a refrigerator, a microwave and I was especially pleased with the coffee machine, tea, coffee, cutlery, the presence of a beach towel, clean and cozy,cozy furnished balcony .Iron, hairdryer, everything for a comfortable stay, connection with the concierge service via WhatsApp, convenient and fast There's nothing to dislike. I recommend it 100 out of 10. The only thing is, if you have the opportunity to install a long full-length mirror, that would be amazing.

- Hannah (6/5): Okay room near nice beach. - The hotel is generally nice. The pool was good, and the beach is close with free chairs. We couldn’t use the towel service, and breakfast wasn’t included as it was for regular hotel guests. There was only one outlet in the room to charge anything or plug in the coffee maker. The closet was full with storage containers of cleaning supplies and was unusable.
- Hyunjoo (1/5): NO Internet - Beach access No internet , what else can I say! They asked us to buy it from the hotel beside.
- Florian (6/5): Pleasant - Nice area and nice beach Water pressure was non existent in the shower, the elevator was broken (hard with the luggage to the 4th floor). there was a wedding on the beach, so they constructed 3 days a tent directly on the beach which was super noisy and hard to relax. The wedding day itself was impossible to go to the beach and super loud until morning. As it’s a private beach, they rent the beach out often the hotel told me. So be prepared
- Roman (9/5): Superb - Location, staff, amenities, beach, pool,, restaurants, and beach bar,, Overall, very good. Shower/Toilet area not very clean. Needs more care. Shower stall floors and walls with soap scum and mold/mildew smell. Toilet walls stained and with filth stuck on walls.
- Ayesha (8/5): Great accommodation in Cancun - Great location, excellent communication from the host. Replies almost immediately. Clear check in and checkout instructions. Beach access is so easy, a literal walk down a path. Free loungers and umbrellas provided. Fridge and microwave provided. Starter bottles of water provided. The shower pressure is dismal. They do warn about it, but it's an understatement (they say it's only when others are using their showers, but it's ALL the time) I don't like that they recommended leaving a tip for the cleaner (for what? The room is not serviced until you leave, and then they charge a $45 cleaning fee anyway) It's a little far from the main shopping areas\restaurants, but the advantage of this is that there's no noise.
