Uma observação para quem for reservar: não achei que valeu a pena fechar o café da manhã. Ele é servido na cafeteria da esquina, mas só tem direito a UMA bebida (café/café com leite/cha) e a UMA opção do que comer (torrada/ovos com torrada/croissant com queijo e presunto/meia lua). No geral, adoramos a acomodação! Melhor ainda, é que tinha lugar para as malas ficarem antes e depois do check in / check out!
• MARTIN (10/5): Excelente estadía - La amplitud del apartamento, que tuviera dos baños, la calidad del colchón. Muy sencillo el acceso al edificio y al apartamento con código en ambos casos. Muy buena ubicación. A 10 minutos en taxi/uber de los teatros, a dos cuadras del Alto Palermo Shopping, a pocas cuadras de Avda. Libertador y con un supermercado a 2 cuadras. No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
• Florian (10/5): - Super Lage. Direkt neben Shopping Palermo. Supermärkte, Apotheken und alles in direkter Umgebung. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es ist eher klein aber man hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe war eine Waschmaschine.

• Vincent P76 (8/5): Great place to stay in Buenos Aires! - Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. We really liked the area, although technically it's not in Palermo, but in Recoleta. There are so many great restaurants, shops and coffee places nearby. And the apartment came with vouchers for a breakfast and coffee place on the corner, which was a nice surprise. Ruben was a great host as well, he was always available for questions. The bathroom was small and not as modern as the rest of the apartment.

• Gaby Mansilla (10/5): - Me toco estar el el depto 11A, hermoso no le falta nada, super amplio, tiene una habitacion con cama 2 plazas tv después tiene cambiador donde podes dejar tu ropa colgada ya que tiene muchas perchas, algo que sie Pre falta en otros lados, 2 baños, uno super complero y el secador de pelo si que vale la pena, no es como el tipico de hotel. La ducha y su presion excelente. Comedor y living super comodos la.cocina muy linda, me gusto el detalle de las capsulas de cafe. Tiene 3 aires acondicionados, en la habitación, living y cocina. La terraza muy comoda y amplia. La verdad super sorprendida con el lugar y la atencion. Ubicacion excelente a media cuadra de alto palermo shoping No poderme quedar mas dias

The host Ruben was very comminicative which made checking in really easy. His communication was very good Shower access is a little difficult for those with limited mobility but overall this was a good choice and we'd stay here again

And due to the weather (winter) they did not dry, therefore it was very unpleasant to use the same towels. E um detalhe simples, mas tão importante pra quem chega de viagem: o anfitrião deixou pra gente uma garrafa de água mineral grande. Um mimo que fez toda a diferença e que mostra o cuidado para com os hóspedes. As fotos do Booking correspondem exatamente ao apartamento. Gostei de tudo!

Nuestro apartamento era un poco chico pero para una noche estuvo muy bien. Me gustaría que ya hubiera información en el apartamento sobre lugares para desayunar y para comer en la zona y no tener que pedirla a los anfitriones.

Breakfast is at a nearby cafe with a percentage discount. Ruben sent a very long list of places to go, restaurants and things to do. He was very quick to respond to any questions and most helpful. There’s a small rooftop pool and area to sit.

• Nicola (9/5): Praktisches Apartment - Sehr saubere und helle Unterkunft, gute Ausstattung, sehr angenehmes Bett, nicht übermäßig laut von draußen ( unser Apartment ging zum Hof). Etwas kompliziertes Procedere mit Foto von Reisepass und Selfie, die an eine WhatsApp geschickt werden sollen, damit beim Zugang die Türe aufgeht. Da wir vor Ort kein Wifi hatten, hatten wir eine Doorbellnummer, wo aber erst nach mehreren Versuchen eine Antwort kam. Danach war der Zugang problemlos. Die Lage ist gut bezüglich der Nähe zu AEP, wenn ich längere Zeit in BA wäre, würde ich ein anderes Viertel wählen.
