• L (2/5): No host or manager to assist - Quiet ambiance and location Electricity went off without any reason - only elevators and passage lights linked to generator. No answer when calling the host and no senior manager at reception to handle difficult situations like this. The inverter only worked for an hour in the room.

• Karel (2/5): I don't even know where to start. - The View and the decor. A few items. The fridge was not cleaned out properly. There was only half a roll of toiket paper for a two night stay, when we ran out, receiption informed us we should call our booking agent, this is frustrating, shouldn't reception take care of that? During load shedding it does not have electricity, there was candles in the room but no way to light them. The wifi was not working, as a result neither was the tv working. There was also no complimentary coffee or water left in the room. The owner of this property does not care about the experiences of its guest, this has become evident after a phone call with him on Sunday morning. I will not stay here again and also will not reccomend it to anyone.
