- Syazzana (6/5): Pleasant - All room got air conditioner. Good wifi. Got 7e and mamak downstair. In 33a floor is the pool and cafe. Cafe rm35paxn buffet style Nearest parking is paid parking. No allocated parking.

Strong water pressure & hot water. No issue with aircon or ceiling fans . What u see in pic is what u get. Communicated with host via watsapp. V responsive. Will stay here again. Nil

- Fairuz (9/5): Spacious Family-Friendly Suite in a Prime Location - Had a great one-night stay at the Cozy Suasana Suite, JB. The two-room suite was exceptionally spacious, easily accommodating 6–7 people, making it perfect for my family. The bathrooms were large and well-equipped, with good shower facilities that added to the comfort. The location was top-notch, with shopping malls and restaurants just a short walk away—super convenient for dining and entertainment in the middle of JB town. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located suite for a relaxing family stay. Would definitely return!

- Junaida (9/5): Our 2night stay at Suasana Apartment - The location is a few minutes away from CIQ and convinient to get around as there are 2 shopping centres opposite the apartment. Security is also good. Not much as the staff is always friendly, helpful and try their best to make our 2night stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the staff who helps us a lot.
