- Rita (1/5): - Almost nothing. This hotel is not worth its price This is the worst hotel I have ever been. I have no idea, how they have their rate, but for sure it is not real. First of all, the food is very poor, almost no buffet. Everything is ala carte, and you have to book it inadvance. And usually you try to reserve, but there is no spaces, so they say to you, go to Hudson tavern, where is only cheap fast food. No buffets, nothing. You can buy additionally if they have some events.. lunch working only onr place and also no buffet, only some fast food, really poor quality Service is terrible, most of staff are rude. We had very unpleasant conversation with Andrea Velazquez, who said, that she doesnt care if we leave negative review. She doesnot have about her work place. The rooms so small, not very clean, I found someones socks when first time enter the room.. Also, the beach was not clean, full of saragas. In the beach, service not coming. The shows. Oh my god, just a couple showd and so bad quality, like in the evening 30 min some circus. But I would say, that is not circus, it is some prople with funny clothes from streets. I asked invoice and they there fighting all time, not giving me. Only, when I contacted booking, after demandings, I got. Overall, dont waste your money, we are manh good hotels. This hotel real rate is 6

I like the environment and the beach view. The service was very well too. I enjoyed the all inclusive drinks and dissertation as well The room was very humid/wet and has mold in some areas on the walls and bathroom. I did not enjoy how everything felt wet on the bed and sheets. It was very moisture.

A beautiful view of the sea from the pool Good breakfast, but it's the same thing every day We enjoyed two of the eight evening shows we saw every night When we checked in, the air conditioner in the room smelled of mold. We asked to change rooms or have the air conditioner cleaned, but they only gave us a dehumidifier, which wasn’t appropriate for the situation. The buffet is only available for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you have to go to other restaurants, order à la carte, and wait. None of the restaurants serve soup for either lunch or dinner. The only option is Mexican tomato soup via room service, which causes heartburn. Room service was also disappointing when they said we’d ordered too many items and decided on their own to reduce the number of dishes delivered to our room—that’s just ridiculous. If you’re traveling with a teenager, the only pool available is the one in the middle, which is always packed with kids and adults. You have to grab a lounge chair at 7 a.m., otherwise there won’t be any spots left by 10 a.m. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the gazebos with soft mattresses are not free and cost $290 a day; this wasn’t mentioned in the photos when choosing the hotel or in the description. Keep in mind that these gazebos around the pool come at an extra cost. We often encountered the waitstaff’s ignorance when ordering food; it felt like they were stingy with the food when you ordered, as they would ask, “Are you sure you’ll eat all of this? It’s a large portion, etc.” This is not 5-star quality. The walking area is very small and narrow—in fact, it’s practically nonexistent. The movie theater didn’t work a single time during our 8-day stay. The candy store was closed for renovations, as they said, or maybe it never even opened. All the waiters really expect tips, and when we sent our child to get a non-alcoholic cocktail, the waiters ignored him and served other people because they saw he didn’t have any tips with him—this was very upsetting for the child. They just kept saying, “Yeah, yeah, okay, wait a minute,” and he had to wait 20 minutes for his drink.

I wish they had an app where you can schedule your restaurant reservations and if there was one my friends who checked in weren’t notified about it. Also the smoothie place definitely needs bigger on the go cups with lids for their smoothies. For some reason the smoothie were just not it. I wish some of the pools were a little headed they were cold.

La playa, la alberca y realmente todas las instalaciones de primera La comida es muy buena, mucho mejor que la mayoría de all inclusive, sobre todos los restaurantes en la noche Hubo tres cosas que no nos gustaron mucho. 1. No te sientes en México en ningún momento, esta todo hecho para extranjeros, por ejemplo la música shows. 2. Al servicio le falta mucho, la gente es atenta y servicial en su mayoría pero están mal organizados y con poco personal pareciera. Había un solo mesero para toda la playa, para que te sirvan un café en el desayuno hay que rogar. Y por ultimo sobre todo en la playa faltaba mucho personal para limpiar la playa y atender 3. Los tragos de las playa y alberca tampoco son los mejores, tienen limitaciones en los alcoholes que hay y casi todas las frutas que usan son artificiales que le baja calidad

- Selin (1/5): Many other options - Nothing! I paid extra 200$ for the room they told me they will refund but they did not! There were huge lines for dining especially breakfast. Nighshift manager was rude! The sofa bed was boken we can not sleep all night they said we wil change your room but her name was Dalpina I am not sure she sait wait I will change your room we all packed wait but she did not It was the worst holiday we had in our life. Mu husband slept in the balcony.
- Selin (1/5): Long breakfast lines, hard to find a seat in pool or beach! - Nothing you have to woke up 6 am to find a spot in the pool or beach all the people put their towels and and never show up! The night manager was very rude. We paid extra money to upgrade our room, but the sofa bed in the room was broken. She told us that she would change our room and asked us to pack our belongings. We packed everything and waited, but she never came back. Instead, she became upset with us and even blocked our room entry. I have never experienced this kind of behavior in my life. They told us that they would refund the extra money we paid for the upgrade, but we still have not received it. This was a very disappointing experience.

- Amelia (10/5): Gorgeous hotel with beautiful facilities in a peaceful and safe environment - Private areas for “elite guests” that are also adults only for a gorgeous pool area with great food. Concierge/butler service was incredible to assist with dinner reservations, spa, questions, etc. Meals at dinner weren’t as tasty as breakfast/lunch options.

Verschiedene Bereiche für Family mit Kindern versus Erwachsene. Das Putzen in den Zimmern war nicht befriedigend. Trotz grosszügiger Trinkgelder (CHF 10.-- pro Tag) leider klebrige Stellen nicht gereinigt und auch den Sand nicht richtig weggewischt. Das Auffüllen der Minibar war nicht gut, musste immer per Zufall die Person fragen, das dies geschieht.

It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a high-quality brew that actually tastes artisanal. The Restaurants: We were consistently impressed by the dinner quality. The flavors were sophisticated, and the presentation was top-tier. The Buffet: This was surprisingly seamless. There are so many options catering to every palate, and despite the resort being busy, it was incredibly easy to be seated without a long wait. Sun, Sand, and Service The outdoor amenities are exactly what you want from a luxury Mexican resort: The Pool: Vibrant, well-maintained, and great for lounging. The Beach: Beautiful white sand and clear water—classic Costa Mujeres beauty. Less fragrant cleaning products in the rooms would be nice. Heating the hot tubs would have been nice since it was cold during our stay. Having a adults only block of rooms would have been nice as well.
- Lev (9/5): מלון הכל כלול ברמה גבוהה ביותר מול איסלה מוחרס עם חופים מהממים - מלון מדהים, על רמה ממש, המתקנים, החדרים, האוכל, השירות, באמת רמה גבוהה. אהבנו ממש את הבריכה של המבוגרים עם הבר האקטיבי באמצע והגישה הסמוכה לים עם חוף מהמם ואפילו מתקני כושר על החול. ביום הראשון הגענו סביב השעה חמש למלון לאחר שטיסתנו התעכבה, מאוד רעבים, ולא הצלחנו להבין איפה ניתן לאכול בשעה הזו. עובדי המלון שלחו אותנו מנקודה לנקודה ולא באמת היה משהו פתוח. בסוף הזמנו שירות חדרים אבל האוכל היה משמעותית פחות ברמה ממה שיש במסעדות (מהן הצלחנו להנות בימים שאחרי). בכללי המלון לא הכי מובן להתמצאות מבחינת מסעדות ומה פתוח מתי.

- Alla (9/5): SLS Playa Mujeras is new and modern all inclusive hotel with beautiful amenities, good food, and excellent service. - I liked the modern facilities, not crowded, cleanliness, not restricted amount of towels at the pool, tasty food, and very attentive staff. I didn’t like that jacuzzis are not heated, and I couldn’t use spa facilities for free or at least for decent price.

- Gali (10/5): מושלם - הכל היה מדהים, שפע, נקי, צוות נחמד מאוד! חזרנו אחרי שהייה שבועיים קודם לכן כי פשוט הרגשנו שחייבים שוב! לא היו ישראלים בכלל, מקום חדש וזול משמעותית מאחרים בקנקון ולא יורד מאף אחד מהם. יש אזור עם ילדים ויש אזור בלי למבוגרים בלבד. יש אירועים, די גיי בבריכה בימים מסויימים וחוף נקי ונעים כמעט בלי אצות (נדיר שם)! 5 מסעדות טעימות, בעיקר האיטלקית ועוד כל מיני ברים, בית קפה, בר שייקים (עם חלבון) ובקיצור באמת שווה מאוד! הגענו לפני צק אין ויצאנו אחרי צק אאוט כי פשוט היה לנו קשה ללכת. כבר שלחנו חברים אחרינו שגם נהנו מאוד בשתי הפעמים אמרנו שאנחנו בירח דבש ולא קיבלנו איזשהו יחס מיוחד לעניין, מרגישה שזה היה יכול להיות נחמד גם אם זה אפילו פתק על המיטה כמו שעשו לנו במקומות אחרים :)
- Elmar (9/5): Sehr entspannend und wohltuend. - Sehr gute Qualität des Essens in allen besuchten Restaurant, und das Personal war überall so motiviert, als würden sie Provisionen für verkauftes Essen erhalten. Sehr schön bepflanzte Anlage, die in ihrer Weitläufigkeit nie den Eindruck vermittelt, als würden hier sehr viele Gäste logieren. Die frischen Früche am Morgenbuffet waren nicht sehr schmackhaft, sondern zäh - vor allem die Grapefruits und Kiwis. Ich hätte gern mehr Abendunterhaltung gehabt, beispielsweise Livemusik mit der Möglichkeit zum Tanzen.

The cocktails and food choices were of such great quality and the staff were SO lovely, friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to the beach bar teams and the staff in the Italian restaurant.

The onsite travel guy wasn't forthcoming with info to help us get to lsla Mujeres once he realised we had our own car and wanted to venture without a tour guide. As he's onsite he should be helpful to all guests or the hotel should have someone onsite who can help. One of my the valet parking guys gave us the info very helpfully

- Jasper (9/5): Recommendable hotel with great value for money - Great property in a well-chosen location. Amazing beach, stylish concept. All-inclusive offering with some nice touches (coffee shop, juice bar, etc). Great value for money, especially in Cancun. Communication with staff was partially below the standard you expect. For example did not tell us at arrival about the all-inclusive and other hotel offers. Food was largely good, would give it a 7/10 overall - but for all inclusive very good.
- Felipe (10/5): Best resort ever! - The resort is beautiful and very clean, the beach is great and perfect for little kids, the food is mostly great and people working there is mostly very nice and always helpful. Breakfast was amazing and our favorite restaurants for dinner were Filia, Cleo and Caracol. We didn’t like the japonese one and didn’t have time to try The steakhouse. For lunch Cleo was really good and Bungalow was good. The Golden Hour bar was great for drinks and The Press for grabbing a coffee and pastries during the day. We got the ocean view room and the view with the sunrise is beautiful. The room is also great, good size and extremely clean. They are very kids friendly, provided a wooden crib for the room and did an amazing job accommodating my toddler at restaurants and everywhere. The japonese restaurant for dinner was disappointing, including the service.

The staff was amazing, private clean beach, club/party options, with an adult-only pool. I will come back again! Also the breakfast buffet was really good. No complaints.

- Richard (10/5): This is truly a 5 star resort with great food and outstanding staff. - This property was easily the best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. It's truly a 5 star, from check-in, to rooms, pools, great restaraunts. (Union Steakhouse was amazing and Gabriel Yam was the best waiter I have ever encountered). The spa was excellent, the place was always being groomed and cared for. I have to commend whomever is hiring and training the staff, they were all so friendly and engaging and excellent at their jobs, it was most impressive. We are going to stay there again in the future, it was just that good. Congratulations to the team at SLS Playa Mujeres, well done, you made us feel very specials during our stay. Nothing honestly. We had a few bad weather days and we still had a wonderful time there.

- Ian (9/5): Stupid people can ruin multi billion businesses - Everything was great and yall made a great memory for us. There were an incident that was both offensive and the funny at the same time. The manager at wine VIP room at the Union steakhouse was not much professional and almost made me laugh at him with contempt. Others might or would be offended I guess. But I didnt care since his entire annual salary is less than the price of my wife's second car. Here is what happened: My wife and I didnt want to drink any alcohol that night as we had been indulging the whole week. Wanted to have a sober night with a good steak. However, since we had been trying to book a table at the Steakhouse for a couple of days and failed (due to high demands) we couldnt get in the reservation queue and instead we triee to walk in and ask to be put in their waiting list. Their deal is if we didnt have any reservation for the night we had to purchase a bottle of wine with our food (which the food was on our hotel booking and free of course). As you might imagine I chose the cheapest wine since we didnt want to drink and just wanted to get in and enjoy our steaks. The manager had told one of the staff who I happened to have a good relationship with, that they wont let us in since we have ordered a lower price bottle and he prefers to give the spot to those who order more expensive bottles. Which to me is stupid and funny and disrespectful. he was such a despicable person in our eyes and caused us have a good laugh. I hope the Hotel managers would give him a good lesson for his behaviour. Other than this incident I think it was such an outstanding experience overally. Thanks to the SLS hotels management and staff.

Fue una experiencia maravillosa. Debería mejorar los shows, y el piso al rededor de la piscina es demasiado caliente imposible de caminar descalzos al salir de la piscina.
