There is no fan (which was listed in the facilities of unit). This would have been very helpful in the bedroom, as there is no AC there. Also, would help to have a broom in the unit.

• Federico (9/5): Quiet and clean flat at a superb location. - Clean, quiet flat at a superb location, near the Maritza river for walks or runs, and right on the main walking boulevard of Plovdiv, close to supermarkets, stores, cafes, restaurants, bars, the old town, and all the main attractions of the city. I would have given this place a perfect 10 except for the fact that the AC unit was installed in the living room instead of the bedroom, which surprised me. As a result, it took a very long time for the bedroom to cool down.

The host was exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a prime location and a welcoming host!

The host provided us with all the information to check in and out in a timely manner also about parking in the region.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The host was very reachable when we need directions/questions. There wasn't a full shower, it required a little bit of a practice to get used to. Also, mattress was not very comfortable and there was no coffee at the house.
