• Nadiah (10/5): Overall, a spacious and comfortable stay with responsive hosts. Maybe, just bring your own device for entertainment. - I booked this room for a night, and my experience was excellent. The owner is very responsive and quickly resolved a minor Wi-Fi issue. Checking in and out was seamless, and everything went smoothly. The air conditioning is great, with units in both the living area and the sleeping area, keeping the entire place cool. The toilet and shower are separated, which made getting ready very convenient. The space itself is also very spacious. I booked this stay for an event nearby, so the commute was easy. Parking is provided, and there’s also a visitors’ area for guests. If you have any events at Rumah Abang Jamil, KL, I highly recommend staying here! The only downside was the television. When I tried to open YouTube, it kept crashing and returning to the home screen. Fortunately, I brought my laptop, so we used that for entertainment instead.

• Mohd Aksa (4/5): - Saya suka dengan lokasi, dan facilities yang di tawarkan serta layanan dari host rumah. Fast respon. Sangat kecewa dengan bau semasa berada di rumah tu. (Bau tandas seperti tersumbat, sinki dapur pun sama, bau tersumbat). Saya terpaksa membeli spray & wangian rumah untuk hilangkan bau tandas yang sangat kuat itu. Dan terpaksa buka tingkap supaya bau tidak terperangkap di dalam rumah.

• Soon (3/5): THIS IS THE WORST AIR BNB I HAVE BEEN STAY! - The location is good and the carpark is good and big. The room very smelly. The smell come from the toilet which I already closed the toilet door but still can smell from the outside. For the facilities like chair in balcony already broken, sinki did not have tap handle, wifi can connect but without any internet. We already contact with host but the they reply lately. Besides,the host did not answer me after I sent the messages.

For improvement, the washroom and toilet, could you put tinted at the glass as it not comfortable when the glass is half see through if you bring kids together. Plus the washroom and toilet have no lock.

• Janice (5/5): 麻麻地 - 不方便 信箱的锁头是坏的 半天打不开 入住押金100马币，房东说要给了才能给钥匙，于是我们马上给过去了。可是第二天退房的时候，房东没有及时地退回押金。后面一直催促到下午三点多，房东才退。房东本来的信息是说当天内会退押金。建议：退房后，房子检查过后没有问题，应该马上退还押金。

• Stephenie (7/5): Apart from the WIFI incident, it had been good. This was 3rd time I rent a unit from the same host. - The location is excellent as I am having activities nearby. The rate is reasonable with all the basic facilities provided in the room. I booked the room for myself, but I was given a 2 bedrooms unit. It was too large for me to stay alone. The WIFI was not working when I checked in. And I needed it urgently to perform an online assessment on the 3rd day of checking in. I provided feedback to the host. As a result, I needed to set aside time the following day to go back to the unit (I have left the unit early in the morning to do my things and requested to go back later) to let the technician man in at a certain time to fix the WIFI. It has created a lot of stress to me. I would have expected the host to ensure all facilities work before it is rented out. Second best is to come down himself to let the technician man in and not expecting me to do it myself. It really screwed up all my plans.

• Izzati (5/5): Great - The host was great and the view from the pool was the highlight of my stay, seeing the iconic KLCC The room was unclean with smelly toilet, rusted kitchen utensils, spots on the pillow, blankets etc and also ada lipas :(
