- David (8/5): Great location and convenient to Spenser Street - Location next to Southern Cross Station, restaurant's and shopping close with trams outside. Lounge furniture very basic

There was a lot of confusion over how to get into the apartment in the first place, we couldn’t contact the owner but got there eventually.

Good restaurants nearby. A bit dusty. More towels would have been nice.

Children especially liked having two indoor pools in the facility. Hosts were very responsive to questions to assist with making our stay enjoyable Little difficult to navigate carpark as it doesn't clearly show what level you're on, but the hosts provided very detailed instructions to assist.

- its all new! - easily accommodated a family of 4, though has the second bedroom is the office of a 1br apartment

Excellent communication about the facility & Check in/check out. Very accommodating with an early check in we inquired about. A couple of things need fixing eg drawer fronts & tap handle. Sofa was very hard when used as a fifth bed.
