El proceso de check in es muy sencillo gracias al anfitrión Armando q se mantuvo en contacto todo el tiempo. Que Booking.com me realizara un cargo extra de 87 dolares ( 20% del valor publicado) sobre el precio acordado, sin previo aviso ni justificación ni aparente intención de reembolsarme lo que tomaron de mi cuenta en dolares

• Shriegley (10/5): Exceptional - This place was spotless; comfy bed; AC was working perfectly; close proximity to the main train station; very near metro stops; restaurants and shops are few steps away; quite neighbourhood. We had everything we needed. And the bonus was the washing machine. That made me really happy. This place is highly recommended and I will definitely stay again. Thumbs up to Andreas, who was very quick in replying to our queries. There was nothing that I didn't like.
• John (6/5): fine apartment in central location, but difficult situation with absentee management - Good things first. It's a nice, elegant, white apartment. Good kitchen, excellent bathroom, washing machine a plus. High third-floor apartment (77 steps) with a great balcony. Welcome basket with coffee. Excellent location a short walk from the train station. Management had communication problems. Their Booking account was hacked, and I got many fraudulent messages before arrival. I'd informed Top Collection that I had no mobile device and needed to know how to get in before leaving wifi at 7 am arrival day, but they didn't send me instructions until 10:45 am, and then the attachment didn't open. Lucky we got in at all. There was supposed to be wifi and I found the router, but it was inoperative. Since managed from Rome, nothing could be done, and TC again had problems and couldn't reply to me for two days. They did apologize, but it was hardly a luxury stay with three days off the internet. (Apartment has no phone, of course, and even the television didn't work without wifi.) Quality apartment with great location, but distant ownership and communication problems made our stay difficult.

• Sujesh (9/5): Superb - Proximity to Milano Centrale station. The apartment is neat and tidy with all amenities Collection of keys from the box is a challenge for guests to open the box, especially for guests who are not used to this. But they send a video how to open it..

• Jules (10/5): Great location and lovely clean apartment - Great apartment very close to main train station especially if you have luggage. Good size living area and balcony. Had a washing machine. Elevator in the building. Mattress was a bit soft but still comfortable.
• Oksana (7/5): Fine for a short stay - This apartment is very close to Milano Centrale, making it convenient for exploring the plains and cities of Lombardy and Piedmont by train. The connection to the city centre is also easy, either by metro or by tram. We never got the chance to meet the host, but they kindly allowed us to store the luggage before the regular check-in time. As mentioned, the apartment is conveniently located for connections, but otherwise, the neighbourhood is admittedly dull, the train station and some banks’ skyscrapers being among few attractions in the area. The apartment is fine only for a short stay, as the bedroom is extremely small and the shower was leaking fiercely, flooding the floor. The kitchenette had all the basic equipment, but some amenities were missing (eg no paper towels or any kitchen towels, no fresh sponge). It was generally clean, but there is still room for improvement (room doors, balcony), hence the rating.

• Elizabeth (8/5): We had a very comfortable stay and found the location close to the station and metro very convenient. - Position, cleanliness. Maybe provide a tea towel to dry hand washed glasses etc. and cereal bowls.

• Keryn (6/5): Nice location and balcony, but shower leaked - The location was very good, near the central train station. The apartment itself is quite nice and had a nice kitchen area and balcony. The bedroom is fine with a lot of closets, though quite small. The host was responsive by phone/text. A couple things were very disappointing. First, the shower flooded a lot. The shower door, which is supposed to keep the water in, was malfunctioning and all the water just seeped out. We had to use all the towels provided to stop the water from going into the hallway. Hopefully the shower will be fixed. The host responded quickly and provided extra towels, though, so that was helpful.
• Achdiani (10/5): Exceptional - I don’t need to tell much, the reviews from guests tell everything. What can I add that amazed me was the Hosts, they’re friendly and helpful round the clock. Place was brilliant, location was top, you can reach from both side of the street, many options of public transportations around, Milan train central station just couple minutes away. Love the balcony. Pity I didn’t spend much time there due to workstuffs. Definitely come back there if I visit Milan in the future.

• Christopher (8/5): Good accommodation option in Milan - The location was good, close to main train station and tour pick up area. Full length balcony was a really nice feature. The facilities were good and the apartment had been restored to a very good standard, including double glazing. Although in a older building there is lift access t this third floor apartment. Our only problem was with the key access. We had difficulty entering both the door into the shared corridor and also into the apartment. Both were really difficult to lock, especially the entrance to the apartment. It caused us a lot of anxiety both trying to leave the apartment and also re-entry to the apartment. At one stage we were so frustrated that we called the office for assistance. A very pleasant gentleman came almost immediately to assist. He was very friendly and did his best however I think what is required is a locksmith.
• Ferdinando (9/5): Great little apartment a stone's throw away from Milano Centrale FS - Fantastic location to Milano Centrale FS and the Metro. We stayed for the Italian F1 Grand Prix which meant getting in and out to Monza was easier as we walked to Milano Centrale in less than 5 minutes. Had all the necessities included such as aircon, washer/dryer and dishwasher along with detergents, etc. Hot water ran out extremely quickly which caught us by surprise.

This B&B are very quiet and have everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher, and you can also enjoy breakfast on the balcony. My mother and I like this B&B very much.

The apartment is located in an old building but has been well renovated. Spacious lounge and big comfy bed. Modern appliances and amenities. • Paul (10/5): Ideal property for your stay in Milan. - Fabulous central location, 3 mins from Central Station in a lovely part of Milan. Very safe, secure and comfortable apartment to unwind at the end of the day. Great communications from the owner, just keep them posted if your ETA changes. The keys are tricky as they operate high security locks. Just keep turning until the door opens. Not a negative but just a tip.

Full kitchen, comfortable coach, big TV, and comfortable bed. No noise from outside and a balcony with a nice view. Oh yes, and it’s literally a 3-minute walk from the Milano Centrale (Main train station. The owners are very friendly and always available. So to sum up, after visiting Milan on multiple occasions, this was out top favourite apartment. Literally not a single thing.
