• Julia (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend this property and certainly would not stay there again. Was contenplating even using booking.com af - Bath didn’t fill up as plug just let the water out. No tv as there was no internet, top of the cooker didn’t work. There was 1 towel for 6 people, no bedding/ linen for the sofa bed. The bushes on the back were covering the windows and growing in. The stairway from the front door had filthy carpets with letters everywhere. The rail to hang your clothes was held together with duck tape. In one room it was full of bin bags in the corner with god knows what in and nowhere to put your stuff. Some of the lights wasn’t working, no instructions in the property of how to use anything. even after promises of someone coming out and getting it sorted still nothing and no response after we arrived home even after we was told this would be looked into. Booking.con also let us down on this and wasn’t helpful with our complaint
• Kawsar (2/5): Very poor - Bed was broken and heating system was not working . And then knows bed was broken before we get in the property, finally they fixed it after five days also responding ar very poor ……
• Kevin (8/5): Nice stay, reasonable price, and easy access to shops and attractions. - Was very clean and in good shape. Overall quiet and good location. Bathroom needs some minor repairs and beds are very soft with little support Beds are also close to the floor making them hard to get in and out of.
• Michaela (8/5): Very good - The location of the accommodation was very convenient. Small groceries literally under the house. The apartment was nice, clean, fragrant. Everything we needed was at hand. The disadvantage of the apartment is that it has thin walls. The neighbors were very noisy and sometimes it was impossible to sleep. And I don't know if it's common in Britain, but those soft mattresses were killing us. We are used to hard firm mattresses. I would recommend the owners to adjust the lock on the front door. It was very annoying when it got stuck and we couldn't get in.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Nearby everything that you might be in need of, was cozy! Public transport close by, pharmacies, all kinds of stores, pubs, restaurants, cafés at a walking distance. Place itself was well kept and clean. People living in the area were very friendly. Didn't expect next-door/upstairs neighbors, could sometimes hear children stomping/running around loudly, but I guess these are just sounds of life. Could've been nice to know beforehand though.
